Opinions on Amaia and nicknames

Hello,

What are your opinions on [name_f]Amaia[/name_f]? Siblings are [name_m]Caden[/name_m] and [name_f]Lilac[/name_f]… do they go well together?
Could I use [name_f]Mimi[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Amaia[/name_f] or is too far removed…

I love the name [name_f]Amaia[/name_f] – though prefer the spelling [name_f]Amaya[/name_f]. It was on my long list! I think it works well with [name_m]Caden[/name_m], and fairly well with [name_f]Lilac[/name_f] (which is a more unique choice than [name_m]Caden[/name_m] and [name_f]Amaia[/name_f]).

[name_f]Mimi[/name_f] as a nickname definitely works.

Thanks for the response, I thought that too about [name_f]Lilac[/name_f] being very different compared to the [name_m]Caden[/name_m] and [name_f]Amaia[/name_f].

I think it’s pretty and works with sibs. I also prefer [name_f]Amaya[/name_f], but to each their own. [name_f]My[/name_f] first thoughts were [name_f]Ama[/name_f] or just [name_f]Maia[/name_f], but [name_f]Mimi[/name_f] is cute and definitely works.

Thanks ladies, OH is latino and wanted a latina name that’s the only reason I’ve chosen [name_f]Amaia[/name_f] over [name_f]Amaya[/name_f], to keep him on board :wink:

I love [name_f]Amaia[/name_f]… [name_f]Mimi[/name_f] works. I’d personally probably use [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]!
