I would like to know what you think about the names I have chosen for some of my characters:
Father: [name_m]Matteo[/name_m] [name_m]Giovanni[/name_m] [name_m]Stefano[/name_m]
Mother: [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f] [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]
Daughter #1: [name_f]Ilaria[/name_f] [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] [name_f]Irene[/name_f]
Daughter #2: [name_f]Oriana[/name_f] [name_f]Matilde[/name_f] [name_f]Elena[/name_f]
[name_m]Son[/name_m]: [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] Pier [name_u]Nicola[/name_u]
(The son & daughter #2 are twins)
(The surname is De [name_u]Luca[/name_u])
Thoughts? [name_f]Do[/name_f] they sound like a family? (If not, I’m open to any suggestions.)
Thanks!
They have beautiful names! The names go well together, so, yes, I think they sound like a family.

Thanks for the feedback!
(By the way, I love [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Briar[/name_f] and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]Kingston[/name_m] from your signature!)
Great names! They sound similar in style and heritage, but not too matchy-matchy. Good luck on your book!
[name_f]Tatiana[/name_f] seems like the oddball with its extremely Russian origin.
It would fit if you wanted to father to be Italian and the mother to be Russian, but the rest of [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f]'s name seems to fall in the Italian category. Look up naming customs in [name_f]Russia[/name_f] and [name_f]Italy[/name_f] if you want the most authentic structure (how many middle names if at all; are there any surnames as middles etc etc)

Thank you!

Thanks for pointing that out!
I have actually considered some other first names for the mother:
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] ([name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f])
[name_f]Antonia[/name_f] ([name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f])
[name_f]Elisabetta[/name_f] ([name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f])
[name_f]Do[/name_f] these sound better/more Italian?
Thanks again!
(By the way, I forgot to add that this story does not take place in [name_f]Italy[/name_f], but in a fictional place where they have Italian names, mostly just because I really like Italian names at the moment.)
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and [name_f]Antonia[/name_f] are my favorites, and yes they sound much more cohesive!

Thanks! I think I will use [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] for the mother’s name.
