I usually like names that are pretty standard- [name_m]George[/name_m], [name_m]Ben[/name_m], [name_m]William[/name_m]- but can’t seem to get over how much I like [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] [name_u]Finn[/name_u]. We’d call him [name_m]Huck[/name_m] for short. What are your thoughts? Is it fun and cute, or way too weird?
[name_m]Huck[/name_m] is one of my guilty pleasure names. I think it’s usable though personally I would use either [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] or [name_u]Finn[/name_u]. Both of them together seems a little much.
[name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] is too much, in my opinion. You have to think about how a name is going to look on a job/college application some day.
Too much. I think it would be very hard to grow into and would look unprofessional on job applications. [name_u]Finn[/name_u] would be really great by its self but [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] is just too much.
Honestly, it’s ridiculous. [name_u]Finn[/name_u] is nice. [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] could even be passable as a middle name. But [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] [name_u]Finn[/name_u] altogether is just way too much.
Very funny. At least I hope it’s a joke. I like [name_u]Finn[/name_u].
You might could get away with [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m]… maybe. But [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] [name_u]Finn[/name_u] is going to make him a joke. Which is what I’m assuming this thread is. A joke.
I like both names but I wouldn’t use them together. They already have an identity together so it might be hard for a child ti really make the name their own.
[name_u]Finn[/name_u] is nice but becoming very popular. So if you want a safe name [name_u]Finn[/name_u] is a great choice. [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] nn [name_m]Huck[/name_m] is the more uncommon choice if that’s what you’re going for.
