I adore [name_f]Jenny[/name_f], I don’t like [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f]. I would either use [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] on its own or as a nickname for [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f].
[name_f]Ginger[/name_f] has served me well. [name_f]My[/name_f] dad named me, said I’d be the spice of their lives.
[name_f]Sister[/name_f] is [name_f]Betsy[/name_f]. He named her too, born during US Memorial [name_u]Day[/name_u] weekend.
Neither of us is [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] / [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].
You and your sister are the sibset of my dreams!!!
[name_f]Jenny[/name_f] is an alright name, not my usual style but I do see the retro feel!
[name_f]Jennifer[/name_f] however, seems more like a mum’s name than a young child’s. I feel it’s a bit dated to be given to a baby. [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is my best suggestion for you!
Well, thank you so much! Our parents’ attention to our sister names, in the mid 70s sea of popular names seen over and over, began my naming obsession incredibly young!
I’m [name_f]Ginger[/name_f] [name_u]Clare[/name_u] and never met another girl in grades K-12 with my fn or mn. There wasn’t another [name_f]Betsy[/name_f] either.
I think [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] feels very friendly and approachable, which I like! [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f] isn’t for me, I think I’d go with [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] or [name_f]Geneva[/name_f] as a full name but still spell the nn [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] ![]()
I love [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] (although I prefer the [name_f]Jennie[/name_f] spelling), but am not fond of [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f].
Jennie/Jenny is also a nickname for [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and [name_f]Jennet[/name_f], an old Scots version of [name_f]Janet[/name_f].
