Opinions on my boys list?

[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] “[name]Will[/name]”
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]”
[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name]
Roran [name]Broderick[/name]
[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name]
[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] “[name]Sam[/name]”
[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name]
[name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]

Family names include [name]William[/name], [name]Gregory[/name], [name]August[/name] (taken from my great-grandmother’s name [name]Auguste[/name]), [name]James[/name], [name]Alexander[/name], and [name]Frederick[/name].

[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] is my favourite of the names you have posted - I love the history of both names and absolutely love the nn [name]Ed[/name] & [name]Eddie[/name]!

I also love [name]August[/name] as a first or middle.

[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] - handsome. [name]Will[/name] sounds dashing, but I prefer just [name]William[/name], personally. Either way, you can’t go wrong with the classic [name]William[/name]!

[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] - love. I love the more regal, unexpected [name]August[/name] as a MN for the more mainstream [name]Benjamin[/name]. It’s perfect, imo!

[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] - I’m not a huge fan of either name but it is handsome and timeless and the nn [name]Jamie[/name] or [name]Jack[/name] would be cute…

Roran [name]Broderick[/name] - Roran always feels like it’s missing something to me–like it’s a smoosh of [name]Rory[/name] and [name]Riordan[/name] to me. If you would use the nn [name]Rory[/name] I would like it, though! I adore [name]Broderick[/name], though–mainly for the nn [name]Brody[/name].

[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] - handsome and dashing! I like it a lot. I think the nn [name]Teddy[/name] would be cute for it and a nice alternative to the cute (but maybe a bit boring) [name]Ed[/name]… I do like just [name]Eddie[/name], though.

[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] - I utterly [name]ADORE[/name] [name]Samuel[/name]! The nn [name]Sam[/name]/[name]Sammy[/name] is too cute, too. I’m not a huge fan of [name]Richard[/name] (it’s only a letter away from my surname and has never really seemed like an actual FN to me), but it’s a name that totally suits your style. [name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] is regal and handsome.

[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Henry[/name]! It’s one of my personal favorites. I adore [name]Thomas[/name], too, especially as a MN, but [name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] feels a bit boring to me. Would you consider doing [name]Henry[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Thomas[/name]?

[name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] - the combo is quite long but I like it anyway. [name]Jonathan[/name] was my favorite boys’ name a while ago. I still like it a lot.

[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name], [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name], [name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name], and [name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] are my favorites!

I probably would use the nn [name]Rory[/name] for a baby through kid aged Roran.

[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] “[name]Will[/name]” - Strong and classic, love it

[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]” - [name]Love[/name]

[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] - I like it but it does seem a little stuff

Roran [name]Broderick[/name] - This one really sticks out to me as different from all your other names

[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] - I would prefer [name]Edward[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] but I like this a lot

[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] “[name]Sam[/name]” - [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name]

[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name]

[name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] - I hate the name [name]Jonathan[/name] so I cannot comment objectively…

Best Wishes

Wow, I love your list!

[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] “[name]Will[/name]”- I love this, so handsome and classic. I would personally prefer it the other way round because I have concerns about the nns [name]Bill[/name] and [name]Liam[/name].
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]”- I’m not a fan of [name]Benjamin[/name], it seems dated to me, but it’s really nice with [name]August[/name], which I really love.
[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name]- I love it!
Roran [name]Broderick[/name]- Not a fan of this, really sticks out on your list as more trendy and less classic than the others. I like [name]Gregory[/name] nn [name]Rory[/name].
[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name]- Considering [name]Edmund[/name] is my No.1 name for a boy and [name]Arthur[/name] is my No.2, I could not love this any more, it’s perfect!
[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] “[name]Sam[/name]”- I’m not a fan of [name]Richard[/name] and I think it makes [name]Samuel[/name] sound dated as a combo. I like [name]Samuel[/name] a lot though.
[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name]- I adore this (my partner is [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Henry[/name]!).
[name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]- Really lovely too.

[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] is my favourite, but I like them all!

I am not a huge fan of more traditional names - They are just not my style - However I have always liked the name [name]Ben[/name] so my favourite from your list is [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]”. I like [name]Benton[/name] or [name]Bennett[/name] as much as [name]Benjamin[/name] too. A friend of mine’s son is [name]August[/name] and I think that name is fabulous! Good luck!

[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] “[name]Will[/name]” – Handsome, solid, classic
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]” – I like both names a lot, but the combo feels off to me somehow.
[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] – This bores me, but I also realize I have some negative associations with [name]James[/name].
Roran [name]Broderick[/name] – [name]Don[/name]'t care for Roran at all. [name]Broderick[/name] is a strong middle though. [name]How[/name] about [name]Ronan[/name] [name]Broderick[/name]?
[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] – I’ve been falling in love with [name]Edmund[/name] lately. It’s so nice! I love [name]Arthur[/name] too. My only problem with this combination is I feel like the boy himself might feel like I has two “weird old names”. Like I said, I love them both, and they sound great together. But it just seems like there should be one more common name in the pair.
[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] “[name]Sam[/name]” – Handsome, though I’m no fan of [name]Richard[/name].
[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] – Classic if a bit boring.
[name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] – [name]Love[/name] love [name]Jonathan[/name]! I have this personal irrational hatred for [name]Alexander[/name] though, so just can’t feel it.

Family names include [name]William[/name], [name]Gregory[/name], [name]August[/name] (taken from my great-grandmother’s name [name]Auguste[/name]), [name]James[/name], [name]Alexander[/name], and [name]Frederick[/name].[/QUOTE]

[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] “[name]Will[/name]” - really like this. [name]Gregory[/name] deserves more use…and middle is still safer. Like the 2-3 rhythm.
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]” - like both names pretty well…[name]August[/name] not as much as [name]Benjamin[/name], but like the family. Good rhythm. Make sure this doesn’t spell something funny with your LN (BAD, BAD, etc.).
[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] - classic and handsome, great rhythm, like it!
Roran [name]Broderick[/name] - I don’t know what to make of Roran, and [name]Broderick[/name] doesn’t help the name any.
[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] - one or the other name might work, but together feels kind of stuffy and old.
[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] “[name]Sam[/name]” - [name]Richard[/name] is OK but kind of dated, and I just don’t think [name]Samuel[/name] and [name]Richard[/name] work well together.
[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] - classic and handsom. 2-2 rhythm isn’t as strong as some others to my ear, but the two names are nice together.
[name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] - very nice, although kind of long?

My very favorites if you can’t tell are [name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] and [name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name].

All best!

[name]Just[/name] for everyone’s info since I’ve seen it brought up, the last name begins with T and is 2 syllables ending in an EE sound. I’m a bit iffy on the [name]Henry[/name] combo because of that, but it might work just not have the best flow.

Also, I only included Roran [name]Broderick[/name] because my fiance insists, hahah. I do like it, but I prefer the more classic names. I like the suggestion of [name]Ronan[/name] instead of Roran, but I’ll have to see if fiance will go for that.

These are all a little too traditional for me but they are lovely combo’s for other people…

[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] “[name]Will[/name]” is very handsome, would you use a nickname? My preference is for [name]Billy[/name] but I don’t think others like it.

[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]” is probably my favourite on your list, I think it’s so handsome. I do prefer [name]Benedict[/name] and [name]Bennett[/name] though.

[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] is my least favourite just because I don’t like [name]James[/name]. I love [name]Frederick[/name] though.
Roran [name]Broderick[/name] isn’t my style. However, Roran is interesting but I don’t like it with [name]Broderick[/name], something more traditional would be best. Roran [name]James[/name] or Roran [name]William[/name] would be handsome.

[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] is so handsome. [name]Edmund[/name] isn’t my style at all but it’s adoreable with Arthut as the middle name.

[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] “[name]Sam[/name]” seems a little bland and I really don’t like the nn [name]Sam[/name] either.

[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] is nice enough, but I really don’t like [name]Thomas[/name]. Also, if your last name ends in an -ee sound I don’t think [name]Henry[/name] would be your best choice.

[name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] doesn’t do anything for me either. I find [name]Jonathan[/name] fairly dated.

Favourites are definitely; [name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] and [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name].

Personally, my favorites are [name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name], [name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name], and [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name], [name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] being my favorite of all three.

I can’t really fault any of them, though [name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] and [name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] are my favourites.

[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] is my favorite by far! It’s such a handsome name!

If anyone has some suggestions for names and/or combos that you think would suit my taste based on my list I would love to hear them!

[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] “[name]Will[/name]” - [name]Lovely[/name].
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]” - [name]LOVE[/name] IT!
[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] - Very handsom!
Roran [name]Broderick[/name] - Not my style.
[name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] - Not big on either name, but they go well togethrt.
[name]Samuel[/name] [name]Richard[/name] “[name]Sam[/name]” - Cute!
[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] - [name]Lovely[/name]!
[name]Jonathan[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] - Handsome!

My top two are:
[name]James[/name] [name]Frederick[/name]–[name]James[/name] is absolutely dashing. [name]Jim[/name], [name]Jamie[/name], [name]Jay[/name], etc. don’t have [name]James[/name]'s class. Although, [name]Jamie[/name] [name]Freddie[/name] sounds awfully cute…
[name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name]–What’s not to love about this classic name?!

Followed by:
[name]William[/name] [name]Gregory[/name] “[name]Will[/name]” – So regal!
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]August[/name] “[name]Ben[/name]” – [name]Ben[/name] [name]August[/name] sounds so romantic

I really want to like [name]Edmund[/name] [name]Arthur[/name], but it’s more difficult to say than the other combos above.
