A lot of these names are just too trendy for my taste, but some of them are pleasant sounding. There are a few gems here and ones that I actually love. I am going to be honest in my opinions…
[name]Abrial[/name] - Since I love [name]Bree[/name] names and I am a fan of [name]Brielle[/name], but find it incomplete, I have considered [name]Abriel[/name]. I prefer the E in it.
[name]Adaline[/name] - I cannot get on board with this name - it looks and sounds like add a line
Adicia - I’m not sure how to pronounce this…
[name]Adria[/name] - [name]Ever[/name] since I heard this on a reality show years ago, I have liked it. It’s pretty and uncommon. I like uncommon names.
[name]Alivia[/name] - dislike [name]Olivia[/name] spelled with an A - it’s weird
Alora - very pretty, but I like it spelled [name]Allura[/name]
[name]Angelina[/name] - ugh I dislike [name]Angelina[/name] [name]Jolie[/name], so I can’t get passed that. It is also really too frilly.
[name]Angeline[/name] - better, but I still don’t like it. [name]Do[/name] you like [name]Evangeline[/name]?
[name]Anisa[/name] - prefer it spelled [name]Annissa[/name] - this one’s not too trendy, so that’s good
Arayla - I don’t like this one. Too hard to pronounce. Is it supposed to be like [name]Aurelia[/name]? [name]Aurelia[/name] is lovely. Arayla isn’t.
[name]Armani[/name] - like the suit? I don’t think this makes a good name. Since men wear the suits, it also seems too boyish.
Atiyana - I don’t like this. The spelling is strange. I’m not even sure how to pronounce it
[name]Auburn[/name] - like the hair colour? This would be an okay mn, but I don’t think it makes a good fn. Maybe [name]Auden[/name]? I think it makes a better boy’s names, but some people think it’s unisex…
[name]Auriella[/name] - prefer just one L It is really lovely, but really frilly
Avalee - too trendy
Avarose - also trendy
Avalynne - this one seems a bit more useable, but the spelling [name]Aveline[/name] is nicer
Briarleigh - ick (sorry) [name]Briar[/name] is better for a mn. Perhaps [name]Briony[/name]/[name]Bryony[/name] instead?
[name]Brielle[/name] - I like this, but it seems incomplete and I don’t care for [name]Gabrielle[/name]
Brilynn - nooo - this is sooo trendy, it hurts my eyes
[name]Cambria[/name] - I love, love, love [name]Cambria[/name]!
Caridyn - sounds pretty, seems useable
[name]Carolee[/name] - huh? [name]Carol[/name] [name]Lee[/name]? it sounds outdated, not modern
[name]Carolina[/name] - I like [name]Caroline[/name], but not [name]Carolina[/name]. Maybe cuz it’s a place…
Caslynn - this is strange
Chaselyn - yuck [name]Chase[/name] for a boy is nice though
[name]Dahlia[/name] - gorgeous!
Darilynn - I don’t like these names that end in lyn. They just don’t work for me. [name]Just[/name] [name]Dara[/name] would be pretty enough. It doesn’t need lyn added on to it.
Daylin - I don’t like it at all
Daviana - this is okay, less trendy, almost vintage sounding
[name]Diamond[/name] - I like this better than all the trendy ending in lyn and lee names, but it would probably be a nicer mn. You might like [name]Emerald[/name], since you also like [name]Em[/name] names.
Dynelle - is this a trendier version of [name]Danielle[/name]? Since you like lyn endings, I knew a girl once whose name was [name]Lynelle[/name].
[name]Elizabella[/name] - wow, this is too much! [name]Isabella[/name] is super popular, but it would be better to use a common name than this combo of [name]Elizabeth[/name] and [name]Isabella[/name]. [name]Isabetta[/name] is more useable. [name]Elisabetta[/name] too. [name]Both[/name] lovely choices.
Emberlynn - [name]Ember[/name] doesn’t seem like a useable name…more of a name for a black cat or dog. Amberlynn would be prettier, but also a tad bit on the trendy side. Amberlynn is a lot tamer than the others though, and just sounds more normal…
[name]Emily[/name] - very normal! I am surprised that you didn’t spell it [name]Emmalee[/name]. I love both [name]Emma[/name] and [name]Emily[/name]. They are uber popular though, so I would never use them.
Emine (e-MEE-neh) - nobody would ever pronounce this properly
[name]Emmalina[/name] - I love this! It isn’t super trendy and it sounds really pretty.
[name]Emmeline[/name] - same thoughts as [name]Adeline[/name] on this one. [name]Emma[/name] line? Sounds strange
[name]Emmerson[/name] - I am not one of those people that doesn’t like son endings on girls. I think [name]Emerson[/name] is cute. My niece is named [name]Allison[/name] and that ends in son and has been used on girls for many, many years.
[name]Evalee[/name] - shaking my head at this one…so many names ending in lyn or lee! This isn’t the worst one, but the spelling turns me off of it
[name]Evelina[/name] - [name]Love[/name]! I like the spelling [name]Evalena[/name]. I have seen it used on a child spelled this way, so that might be why I prefer it. Either spelling is nice. I like the pronunciation of ev-ah vs ee-vah. So, I don’t care for [name]Eva[/name], but I like [name]Evelyn[/name].
[name]Everett[/name] - for a girl? I really like [name]Ever[/name] better for a girl than a boy, but I don’t like all the boys names going to the girls. [name]Elliot[/name] is another one that I think should stay on the boys side
[name]Gemma[/name] - cute, spunky, very nice choice
[name]Gia[/name] - seems incomplete to me, and while I am not a fan, it is also cute and spunky and not trendy, so I like it a lot better than some of the others on this list
[name]Haven[/name] - super cute! this is the kind of trendy name I can live with.
Isolina - what?
Jacelynn - sooo 90’s
Jairyn - sounds too boyish, weird spelling
[name]Janica[/name] - not bad, I like [name]Jana[/name], and prefer [name]Danica[/name]. [name]Jenica[/name] wouldn’t be too bad either.
Jara - kind of sci-fi sounding and it is a bit harsh
Jayliana - too trendy
Jaymsana - oh my goodness - this one is odd
Jayna - it is a lot prettier than the lyn and lee ending names you have on this list. I am actually surprised that this name isn’t more popular
Juria - I love [name]Junia[/name]! I don’t like Juria. Is it even a real name? It reminds me of the word jury.
Kalidy (KAH-lih-de) - it’s different…
[name]Kaylan[/name] - trendy, but not too trendy…I prefer [name]Kayla[/name] though and [name]Cailin[/name]. I used to work with a girl named [name]Cailin[/name] and this spelling is lovely and not too trendy.
[name]Kayleigh[/name]-[name]Ann[/name] - it’s okay, but seems outdated
Kesa - I like [name]Cassia[/name] (pronounced [name]Casha[/name]). Kesa seems too made up.
Kestyny - like [name]Destiny[/name] with a K? oh dear
Kielle - this isn’t too bad
[name]Kiranda[/name] - [name]Miranda[/name] is sooo much prettier
[name]Koralie[/name] - I like this, but I like [name]Coralie[/name] better. Spelling names with K’s makes a name look funny sometimes. This is one of those names.
Koralynn - I love, love, love [name]Coraline[/name]. [name]Coralynn[/name] could work too. Again, with a C, not a K.
Kyrielle - not bad. It reminds me of an 80’s song. [name]Kyrie[/name]
[name]Lacey[/name] - out dated
[name]Lavinia[/name] - wow! a vintage name! I like!
Legacy - this is different and it seems useable. I like this one.
[name]Lindsay[/name] - most people would say out dated, but I still like [name]Lindsay[/name]. It’s cute, but ages well. I am glad you didn’t butcher the spelling!
[name]Lorelle[/name] - nice!
Lovelia - also vintagey [name]Lovie[/name] would be an adorable nickname!
[name]Lux[/name] - I dislike [name]Lux[/name]. I do not see it’s appeal
Mialyn - [name]Mia[/name] [name]Lynn[/name]? dislike
Mikaylyn - not liking these smooshed names. [name]Michaela[/name] [name]Lynn[/name] would make a lovely combo, but not smooshed together into one name. If you like [name]Lynn[/name], I suggest using it as a middle name, and maybe, sometimes calling the child by their full name, like a double-barrel name.
[name]Nova[/name] - I knew a [name]Nova[/name] once. It’s very cool. My hubby’s niece’s name is Novalea, which I think is very pretty and not at all trendy. You might like it since it ends in [name]Lee[/name]. It is the name of a street in my city, and the spelling Novalee was used in a novel once.
[name]Novella[/name] - not at all cool. it’s a short novel, not a name
Raelle - maybe with a Y? Rayelle
[name]Rainer[/name] - this is a boy’s name
[name]Ravenna[/name] - okay, I suppose…but more suitable for a super hero type character than a person
Raylia - I like Rayelle better
Raylee - same as above
[name]Rayne[/name] - I don’t like [name]Rain[/name] as a name…maybe put an A on the end? [name]Rayna[/name] is much more useable than all these [name]Ray[/name] names. [name]Reina[/name] means queen.
[name]Richelle[/name] - sounds outdated, [name]Rochelle[/name] spelling looks nicer
Robyne - I don’t like the E on the end, [name]Robyn[/name] is a popular name when I was growing up. Two of the popular girls in my school were [name]Robin[/name] and [name]Robyn[/name]. I guess it could make a comeback since there is a [name]Robin[/name] on [name]How[/name] I Met Your Mother.
[name]Rosaline[/name] - nice, vintagey
Ryah (rye-uh) - I knew a Rya too! She is [name]Nova[/name]'s sister! I love Rya!
Ryden - boyish and trendy
[name]Skye[/name] - I have always loved [name]Skye[/name] for a girl! Nice mn choice too
[name]Skylar[/name] - I like just plain [name]Skye[/name]. [name]Do[/name] you like [name]Scarlet[/name]?
Skyvy - what? This sounds like the name of an airline.
[name]Tarren[/name] - I know two [name]Taryn[/name]'s. I prefer that spelling too. I like Y’s in names and sometimes it looks nicer, but not when it looks like someone was trying to hard to be unique.
[name]Tayla[/name] - this isn’t so bad. I knew a Tayia. (tay-ah) I’ve always like that.
[name]Tenley[/name] - sounds like the name of a product…oh…it reminds of those [name]Tena[/name] pads. You might like [name]Tinsley[/name] instead.
[name]Viviana[/name] - lovely
Winterlyn - just [name]Winter[/name] is different enough, don’t you think? [name]Winter[/name] is lovely. Winterlyn is trendy. Too trendy.
You might like [name]Silver[/name].
Here are some people I know who have names that might be your style:
[name]Keely[/name], Alexyn, [name]Ocean[/name], [name]Shanae[/name] (also goes by [name]Shay[/name])
I hope this helps!
