Opinions on these boy names

Hello Berries,

I have been thinking about Oregon, [name_m]Aleph[/name_m], [name_f]Keziah[/name_f] and [name_m]Tybalt[/name_m] a lot lately, and I would love to hear your opinion on this list.

Oregon is a state we both love. We are nature lovers and travelers always looking for breathtaking landscapes. I can’t help myself, when I think of Oregon, I have this magnificent image in my head representing mountains, lakes and misty forests full of tall and thin evergreen trees. I find it very appealing. I also love the way it sounds.

[name_m]Aleph[/name_m] is a name that I find warm, simple, dreamy, timeless and a bit biblical, probably due to its proximity to [name_m]Joseph[/name_m].

I love that [name_m]Tybalt[/name_m] is a literary name. It feels vintage, charming and dusty. I was wondering: [name_m]How[/name_m] do you pronounce it? Tib-Alt, Tibowlt or [name_m]Ty[/name_m]-bowlt.

[name_f]Keziah[/name_f] is a nature name that means “cassia tree”. I just love it for a boy. It’s a sunny, spunky and international name.

What are your opinions? Are they wearable? [name_m]How[/name_m] do you pronounce the A in [name_m]Tybalt[/name_m], more like in “bat” or “bowl”?

Thank you!

I love [name_f]Keziah[/name_f]. I’ve always thought Oregon sounds like organ. I pronounce [name_m]Tybalt[/name_m] as tie-bahlt. [name_m]Aleph[/name_m] makes me think of [name_m]Alf[/name_m].

It’s so sweet that you love my home state so much! Safely I do think it’s sound isn’t the most attractive, but in the right combo it could be a strong middle name!

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Tybalt[/name_m] and I pronounce it like tib-ahlt.

Not a huge fan of [name_m]Aleph[/name_m] personally but it’s a perfectly good name. I think [name_m]Tybalt[/name_m] has more charm though.

I love the idea of [name_f]Keziah[/name_f]! Definitely think it’s wearable for a boy.

[name_m]Tybalt[/name_m] is pronounced Tibbult, isn’t it?

Oregon - I also think the state is beautiful, but as a word it just makes me think of organ or oregano. That said, I’d love to see it as a middle name!
[name_m]Aleph[/name_m] - I love this name, it’s very underused and has a soft, lovely sound!
[name_f]Keziah[/name_f] - Not a fan, I can’t think of any nicknames and I think people would assume he was a girl
[name_m]Tybalt[/name_m] - Initially I’d pronounce this as tie-balt, the balt sound similar to the word bat. To be honest I don’t really like how any of the pronunciations sound, though [name_m]Ty[/name_m] is a great nickname.

Oregon - I am not a fan of place names so I am not loving this one either
[name_m]Aleph[/name_m] - It sounds sweet and is definitly original which I like but it distantly reminds me of [name_m]Adolph[/name_m]/[name_m]Adolf[/name_m] so personally I would not use it
[name_f]Keziah[/name_f] - I agree this could easily be mistaken for girl’s name so not a fan
[name_m]Tybalt[/name_m] - Reminds me of the [name_m]French[/name_m] name [name_m]Thibault[/name_m]. I am not sure how I would pronounce it though and honestly I have not made my mind up about this name yet
