We have two last names: one is Spanish, beginning with an A and ending with an S; the other is Italian beginning with an M and ending with an O.
All four names are family or honor names in some capacity. The girl’s names come from my side and the boy’s names from my husband’s. Let us know what you think!

[name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_m]Santino[/name_m] make wonderful sibling names, and I like how they both honor each of your families. I’m not a huge fan of [name_f]Patricia[/name_f] (I prefer the Italian [name_f]Patrizia[/name_f]), but it flows very well with [name_f]Elena[/name_f]. [name_m]Santino[/name_m] [name_m]Jos[/name_m]é is so handsome.
We hadn’t considered [name_f]Patrizia[/name_f] but I mentioned it to my husband and he fell in love (as did I) so we are going with that instead! Thank you for the suggestion!
With [name_f]Patrizia[/name_f], I think they’re perfect for siblings!
