Opinions on these names please :)?

Hiya,

What is your opinion on these names please? These names keep coming back as my favourites, which should i pick? Open to suggestions for similar vibe names also x

[name_f]Lilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]
[name_f]Opal[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Coralie[/name_f]

[name_f]Lilah[/name_f]-very sweet! This is my favorite spelling. Between all the spellings and similar sounding names [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_f]Layla[/name_f], [name_f]Lola[/name_f], etc, it’s popular now though

[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]-this is a great alternative imo. You get the sweet nickname [name_f]Lilah[/name_f], but also a more substantial full name

[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]-this is super dated where I live (US). It reminds me of the fast food restaurant

[name_f]Opal[/name_f]-this is sweet and unexpected, but it is a bit clunky sounding to me

[name_f]Violet[/name_f]-classy and pretty. You can’t go wrong, but it’s populae right now.

[name_f]Coralie[/name_f]-love this! I love the nicknames [name_f]Cora[/name_f] and [name_f]Coco[/name_f], it’s easy to pronounce and wearable but not common.

I love [name_f]Delilah[/name_f], [name_f]Opal[/name_f] and [name_f]Violet[/name_f]! All pretty and brilliant. [name_f]Coralie[/name_f] is nice too

[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]

[name_f]Savannah[/name_f]
[name_u]Sierra[/name_u]
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f]

[name_f]Lilah[/name_f] - so feminine and pretty, I love it! [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Lila[/name_f]/[name_f]Leela[/name_f], [name_f]Leila[/name_f], [name_f]Lola[/name_f], or [name_f]Layla[/name_f]?
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f] - I prefer [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] by itself, over [name_f]Delilah[/name_f]. Have you considered [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] or [name_f]Delia[/name_f]?
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f] - Definitely not. Not only is it really outdated but I almost don’t even see it as a real name, idk why.
[name_f]Opal[/name_f] - not my style. It’s kind of pretty but I don’t really like it.
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - Sweet and simple. I love it! [name_f]Viola[/name_f] could perhaps be an option for you if you wanted something a little more unusual?
[name_f]Coralie[/name_f] - Pretty! I’d probably prefer [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] or just [name_f]Cora[/name_f]. [name_u]Cory[/name_u]/[name_f]Cori[/name_f] is also a lovely nickname for a girl!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

Here are my thoughts:

[name_f]Lilah[/name_f]-I like it. I prefer [name_f]Lila[/name_f] as it looks sleeker in my opinion. This name doesn’t sparkle much, since so many names similar to it are used a lot these days.

[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]-[name_m]Just[/name_m] [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] is nicer in my opinion. This seems a bit too fussy.

[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]-I have a negative personal association w/this, but I do think that it’s fun & refreshing.

[name_f]Opal[/name_f]-This just reminds me of ope or Opey.

[name_f]Violet[/name_f]-I love it. It’s perfectly old fashioned, smart, sweet & kind sounding. Getting a tad common, but for a good reason.

[name_f]Coralie[/name_f]-This is pretty & different. I also love [name_f]Coraline[/name_f].

Suggestions:

[name_f]Adelie[/name_f]

[name_f]Clementine[/name_f]

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]

[name_f]Frances[/name_f]

[name_f]Hattie[/name_f]

[name_f]Marigold[/name_f]

[name_f]Olive[/name_f]

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]

[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]

[name_u]Ruby[/name_u]

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

[name_f]Lilah[/name_f]- cute with a lovely sound, but like posters before I prefer [name_f]Lila[/name_f]
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]- Hey there [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] what’s it like in [name_m]New[/name_m] [name_m]York[/name_m] City… sorry but that immediately pops into my head when I hear this name
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]- like in [name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Pan[/name_m]! Adorable and really underused too, which is a shame
[name_f]Opal[/name_f]- I’ve never liked the sound and look of this name, kind of clunky
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]- love it, but pretty trendy
[name_f]Coralie[/name_f]- I haven’t heard this one before, and it sounds very nice. Makes me think of that creepy kids movie [name_f]Coraline[/name_f] though

[name_m]How[/name_m] about:
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Lilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Denise[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Delilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Jade[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Opal[/name_f]
[name_f]Viola[/name_f] or [name_f]Violetta[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Valerie[/name_f], [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] or [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Coralie[/name_f]

[name_f]Lilah[/name_f] - I find it a bit overused, and confusing with all the ways to spell it
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f] - There’s just something so spunky about [name_f]Delilah[/name_f]! I love it
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f] - Sweet, pretty, and ready for a comeback
[name_f]Opal[/name_f] - Underused and sweet. I prefer the oh-[name_m]PAL[/name_m] pronunciation. I met a girl with the name and she wore it so well
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - Classy, but a bit too common
[name_f]Coralie[/name_f] - Fun and bubbly!

My favorites are [name_f]Delilah[/name_f], [name_f]Wendy[/name_f], [name_f]Opal[/name_f] and [name_f]Coralie[/name_f], in that order.

My favorites are [name_f]Coralie[/name_f] (first) and [name_f]Lilah[/name_f], depending how you feel about popularity. For me, [name_f]Coralie[/name_f] would hit the sweet spot in terms of familiarity.

My thoughts:

[name_f]Lilah[/name_f] - I really like [name_f]Lilah[/name_f], although it feels more like a nickname or a middle name.

[name_f]Delilah[/name_f] - I’ve always really loved this name, and you could keep [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] as a nickname if you wanted!

[name_f]Wendy[/name_f] - A cute name. It’s a little dated, and there aren’t many good nickname options for it (I don’t know if that’s important to you).

[name_f]Opal[/name_f] - I like this name, but I feel like it’d work better as a middle name for one of the others on your list ([name_f]Delilah[/name_f] [name_f]Opal[/name_f] is a really pretty combination).

[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - I love this name! It’s not overused, and doesn’t have any negative connotations for me.

[name_f]Coralie[/name_f] - Personally, I prefer [name_f]Coraline[/name_f] or [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f], but [name_f]Coralie[/name_f] is a pretty name and [name_f]Cora[/name_f] or [name_f]Corie[/name_f] are cute nicknames!

[name_f]Lilah[/name_f] - has a very “sweet and pretty” feeling, I think because it reminds me of [name_f]Lilac[/name_f] and other flower names.

[name_f]Delilah[/name_f] - although it sounds nice, I can’t get passed the negative connotations.

[name_f]Wendy[/name_f] - this is the name of an ice-cream shop in Australia and that’s all I can think of haha; it also has “old lady” vibes to me.

[name_f]Opal[/name_f] - love it this one, it’s one of my favourite simple name’s for girls. One of the nicest gem names, in my opinion.

[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - classic flower name, very pretty!

[name_f]Coralie[/name_f] - I see this as a sweet take on an old name ([name_f]Cora[/name_f]); it’s sweeter and lighter in sound. Not my style, but I think it’s quite pretty.

I think all of them are lovely, but the standout for me is lovely little [name_f]Opal[/name_f]. She’s got this great vintage feel without being at all dated, clunky or heavy (as some older names can) & fits in with popular gemstone names like [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] & [name_f]Amber[/name_f] while still standing out as unusual and special.

Thank you for all the lovely replies  x
