My husband is Spanish and I’m Italian and we are combining our last names to honor both of us. In the process of adding my last name, he is dropping one of his ([name_m]Santos[/name_m]) but we still wanted to honor it, hence why we went with [name_m]Santino[/name_m]. It means “little saint” in Italian. [name_m]Jos[/name_m]é is a family name on my husband’s side too.

Our girl name is [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f], both family names on my side.

Thoughts? [name_f]TIA[/name_f]!

I like it, it sounds good. I’m not sure where you live, but the name does have the benefit of being easy to pronounce for English speakers.

[name_m]Santino[/name_m] [name_m]Jose[/name_m] is very cool. You could use [name_m]Santiago[/name_m] as well.
