[name_u]Spencer[/name_u]-[name_f]Sofia[/name_f]

Two first names paired together. What do you think?

I like [name_u]Spencer[/name_u]-[name_f]Sofia[/name_f] a lot actually! It’s quirky but cute, and it flows beautifully!

I hate writing negative responses on here, but since there aren’t many responses on this: I don’t like it. I’m sorry.

It feels forced. The alliteration doesn’t really bother me (it’s actually the only thing I like about it), but a 5-syllable hyphenated combo joining two random names into one is just too much. I think you should just go with [name_u]Spencer[/name_u] [name_f]Sofia[/name_f] as her first and middle name. You can always call her that anyway.

Both the names sound great together, but I agree with above - 5 syllables in two firsts is a little much. I think it sounds fantastic as a first & middle combo

I have to agree with @silversky109 and @katyi, while [name_u]Spencer[/name_u] [name_f]Sofia[/name_f] is lovely as a first and middle name combo, it is a bit too much of a mouthful as a hyphenated first name. [name_m]Just[/name_m] my personal opinion though. I encourage people to do what they love even if I don’t agree!

I agree with @silversky109, @katyi and @dechen, I’m afraid. While both names are brilliant in their own right, the combination feels forced and not natural. I think that while [name_u]Spencer[/name_u] [name_f]Sofia[/name_f] (L/N) would be a darling combination, having such a polysyllabic first name can be overwhelming. However, I personally am not a big fan of hyphenated first names or unisex first names on girls, and so wouldn’t use it myself.

If you really love it, though, use it! [name_u]Spencer[/name_u]-[name_f]Sofia[/name_f] just isn’t to my personal tastes.

I don’t mind it! It’s pretty cute, although [name_f]Sofia[/name_f]/[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is too popular for my taste. I love hyphenated names, but the double ‘s’ isn’t my style really. It’s still cute though, and if you really like it, then that’s perfectly fine!

I prefer [name_f]Sofia[/name_f]-[name_u]Spencer[/name_u] if you’re open to it. It’s nice but the styles don’t quite match up, the double s is has to enunciate but it is quite quirky.

Sorry, I’m not keen on it. The styles feel too different and there are too many 's’s.
