Opinions or Suggestions on our list

[name]Callum[/name] is our number one name. Thoughts? Any unique Scottish names you can think of? Thanks

[name]Lachlan[/name] is a lovely beautifull Scottish name (prenouced Laklin). Although callum has a lovely flow to it.

[name]Adam[/name] - seems a little plain in comparison to your other names. What about:

[name]Angus[/name] - makes me think of a cheeseburger…

[name]Benjamin[/name] - also seems a bit plain
I like:

[name]Callum[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name]!
[name]Cormac[/name] - Also really like!
[name]Reuben[/name] - makes me think of a sandwich…
[name]Ross[/name] - I always think of “Friends”, but it’s still a very nice name

More ideas:

[name]Adam[/name] - overdone, sounds like the '80’s to me.
[name]Angus[/name] - I think of [name]Black[/name] [name]Angus[/name] restaurant. Is that restaurant all over the country.
[name]Benjamin[/name] - love
[name]Callum[/name] - love
[name]Cormac[/name] - love
[name]Reuben[/name] - I’m neutral on it.
[name]Ross[/name] - this was my uncle’s name. He died in WWII. He was a wonderful man, so in my family, the name [name]Ross[/name] is equivalent to Ghandi or something like that.

I think [name]Corbin[/name] is a nice name, but I don’t think it’s Scottish.

Another vote for [name]Lachlan[/name]

One of my favourite Scottish names is [name]Alister[/name], it is underused but a great name. I also love [name]Lachlan[/name] and [name]Cameron[/name]. [name]Jock[/name] is interesting. I think of callow when I hear [name]Callum[/name] so it is not an option for me.

Sorry, [name]Lachlan[/name] is not pronounced as Laklin it is [name]Lock[/name] Lan which sounds a little like lin.

[name]Adam[/name] – [name]Adam[/name]'s nice enough. I knew a really nice [name]Adam[/name], though, so it makes the name nicer for me.
[name]Angus[/name] – I love [name]Angus[/name]. (:
[name]Benjamin[/name] – [name]Love[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name], too.
[name]Callum[/name] – [name]Callum[/name]'s okay.
[name]Cormac[/name] – I don’t like [name]Cormac[/name].
[name]Reuben[/name] – I do like [name]Reuben[/name].
[name]Ross[/name] – [name]Love[/name] [name]Ross[/name]. :3

I love Rannoch!

I’ll rate them with *

[name]Adam[/name]- This one feels over-used to me. Not really dated but I feel like I’ve heard it too many times.
- I would probably like this one much more if it weren’t the name of a burger at McDonalds
[name]Benjamin[/name]- This name used to feel very common to me but I’m beginning to like it. I love the nn [name]Benjy[/name].
- I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Callum[/name]!
[name]Cormac[/name]- I would most likely appreciate this one more if it weren’t the name of an annoying character in [name]Harry[/name] [name]Potter[/name]
- I love [name]Reuben[/name] too but I definitely like [name]Callum[/name] more.
[name]Ross[/name]**- There’s something about [name]Ross[/name] that doesn’t feel quite right to me. Maybe it’s the abundance of 's’s in one syllable.

As previous posters said, there’s [name]Lachlan[/name], which I think it cool. I prefer [name]Callum[/name], [name]Reuben[/name] and [name]Benjamin[/name] though.

[name]Adam[/name]: I love Biblical names, but [name]Adam[/name] doesn’t feel as fresh to me as some others, probably because I heard it so much growing up.

Some more you may like:

[name]Angus[/name]: I think it’s cool, but I wonder if kids will resort to “anus” teasing. I love the [name]Gus[/name] nickname, too:

[name]Duncan[/name] (but there’s [name]Duncan[/name] Donuts)

[name]Benjamin[/name]: I love [name]Benjamin[/name]…

[name]Callum[/name]: I think it’s very handsome!

[name]Cormac[/name]: I love this, too…

You may also like:

[name]Reuben[/name]: I like some other Biblical names more, only because I think of the sandwich.

[name]Ross[/name]: [name]Ross[/name] feels pretty dated to me, along the lines of [name]Todd[/name].

I love many names on your list, with [name]Callum[/name], [name]Benjamin[/name], and [name]Cormac[/name] being my favorites.

Good luck (and sorry for repeats)!
