btw - [name_f]Pauline[/name_f]/a is a namesake and is set!

I don’t love [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] together either…

Is [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] as a middle a must? [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] would both be wonderful middle names since they are only 1 syllable and would help to balance a heavier first name.

I think [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] would be a stunning alternative.

I do like [name_f]Paulina[/name_f] though… how do you feel about it as a first?

[name_f]Paulina[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]?

Good luck!

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] is so clunky, but none of your choices sound as good as they can be [name_f]IMO[/name_f] Have you thought of using [name_f]Pauline[/name_f]/[name_f]Paulina[/name_f] as a fn?

I love [name_f]Paulina[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. Has this mystery vibe, like a child detective in a novel.

I also like [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], and [name_f]Paulina[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. Best of luck!

I actually love [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f]!

Out of your options I’d go with [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] or put [name_f]Pauline[/name_f]/-a on the fn spot.

Yeah, it’s tough because I have dozens of names I love that my hubby will not consider ([name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], [name_u]Teagan[/name_u], [name_u]Riley[/name_u]…). The only favorite I have that he’s come around on is [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], but the middle name needs to be some feminine form of [name_m]Paul[/name_m] - [name_f]Pauline[/name_f], [name_f]Paulina[/name_f], [name_f]Paulette[/name_f]. (I don’t care for [name_f]Paula[/name_f]). [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] Watters seems to flow okay when I say it aloud, but I get his concern on the “stuffiness” of the first and middle together.

I figured with [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] climbing the charts, however, that it should sound less dated to people over time.

This naming thing is stressful… lol

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is by far my favorite option, but I can see his point about [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f]. Could you maybe do the Russian form, [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Polina[/name_f]? I think that livens it up a bit. Or you could even do two middles–[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f], or [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f]? [name_f]Claire[/name_f] would get my second vote, but [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is by far my favorite (especially with some of its nn options–I love [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Leni[/name_f], and [name_f]Lena[/name_f]!).

I think [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] is darling!

Thank you all for your input! It helps a lot =)

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]: I pretty much like all three equally, but I would go for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] first, just for the nicknames I don’t think it’s stuffy at all. I would use [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Paulina[/name_f].

[name_f]Claire[/name_f]: [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f]/[name_f]Paulina[/name_f] gets me a little tongue-tied for some reason, but I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] would be a gorgeous alternative, and that leaves her with the option of going by [name_u]Clare[/name_u] if she so chooses.

[name_u]Quinn[/name_u]: Very sweet, I would use it with [name_f]Paulina[/name_f]. I have met a couple of people who have names beginning with Q who go by “Q” as a nickname, which I think is kind of cool.

Overall, I would say [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] or [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f].

I personally don’t like the name [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] but I love [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]!

I love all three first names! [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is my favorite, especially with [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]. [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is also so beautiful and [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is cute too!

[name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] sounds the best for me.

I adore [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Paulina[/name_f]!

I also love the idea of [name_f]Paulina[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. She could go by [name_f]Polly[/name_f] or [name_f]Lina[/name_f] or even just [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] if she wants.

I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Paulina[/name_f].

I like [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] the best our of your choices, and also like the idea of two middles, specifically [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f]. Good luck!

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Pauline[/name_f] or [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Paulina[/name_f].
