[name_m]David[/name_m] is such a strong, classic name. I can picture it on a little boy, a teen, an adult, and on an old man. [name_m]Dave[/name_m] and [name_m]Davey[/name_m] are some awesome nicknames that could be used as well…and the full name is great on its own! [name_m]Lewis[/name_m], I have a soft-spot for. I really like this spelling and I think that it is an unexpected but great match for [name_m]David[/name_m].

I am not the biggest fan of the name [name_f]Darlene[/name_f] and my biggest association of this name was from the show [name_f]Roseanne[/name_f], which I used to like (I rather liked the character of [name_f]Darlene[/name_f] though…I related to her). It does sort of make me think of a country lady, which isn’t necessarily a bad think. I chose this one because I thought it sounded the best. [name_u]Lorrie[/name_u] [name_f]Ellen[/name_f] sounds a bit too nick-namey and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Ellen[/name_f] is a bit choppy as a combo.
Whatever you do, don’t use [name_f]Darlene[/name_f] and [name_m]David[/name_m] for siblings! Lol. Sorry, [name_f]Roseanne[/name_f] connection again…

I adore [name_m]David[/name_m] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f], so those got my vote. I slightly prefer [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_u]Wade[/name_u] over [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]Lewis[/name_m]. I think [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_u]Wade[/name_u] has a punch to it, like [name_m]Clark[/name_m] [name_m]Kent[/name_m] does.
