Delphine 7/10 - love, but a little awkward in [name_f]English[/name_f]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] 1/10 - not personally a fan
[name_f]Leonie[/name_f] 7/10 - love!
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] 2/10 - not for me and just kind of boring imo
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] 8.5/10 - love!

[name_f]Selah[/name_f] 8/10 (say-la pronunciation) - loove!
Lucy is too nicknamey. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] as well but with the singer it’s less so. [name_f]Leonie[/name_f], [name_f]Zephyra[/name_f], and [name_f]Selah[/name_f] are iffy. The rest are very pretty and strong. It’s a good list.
Delphine-4/10 not my fave name but I can see why people like it
Evangeline-6/10 really cute name that makes me think of Princess and the Frog!
Leonie-4/10 I’m pretty neutral on this name but I don’t particularly like it
Vivienne-9/10 LOVE this name and it’s spelling
Josephine-9/10 Love this one so much too! So many cute nn and a beautiful classic
Lucy-8/10 I just love this one, and it has been a fave for years
Eliza-9/10 Really big recent love of mine, but it really brightens up Elizabeth to me
Theadora-6/10 I love nn Thea and I think this is a classic that can definitely come back
Zephyra-6/10 Never really heard of this one but I like it! Would love to meet a little girl with this name!
Selah-6/10 Similar to above where I would love to meet someone with this name!
Delphine is pretty and has many nickname options.
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is very feminine and somewhat dramatic with again many options for shortening.
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is spunky and quite fun.
[name_f]Theadora[/name_f] isn’t my fav, but gosh I love “[name_m]Teddie[/name_m]” so it stays for me!

Gorgeous list! [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] are my favorites, I have both of those on my list as well. 
I have a soft spot for [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] cuz I’m a 90s kid (The [name_u]Wild[/name_u] Thornberry). It makes me think of a kind, strong, independent, intelligent girl.
My favorites from your list are [name_f]Theadora[/name_f] and [name_f]Zephyra[/name_f]. I like how they sound and that you don’t hear them every day.
Josephine is on my “feminist girl names” list for [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_m]Butler[/name_m]. I also love the nn [name_u]Joey[/name_u] for a girl.
The others are nice, but don’t stand out to me.
#10 - [name_f]Selah[/name_f]. The Biblical association is just not for me.
#9 - [name_f]Zephyra[/name_f]. The spelling/pronunciation throws me but I think it could be very cool on the right little girl.
#8 - [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. Cute but so popular.
#7 - [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. Beautiful but exploding in popularity still I think.

#3 - [name_f]Leonie[/name_f]. So cute on a baby but sophisticated on a woman; like the meaning, wonder if pronunciation would be a problem.

#1- [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] this name - instantly I think of [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_m]Bennet[/name_m]. It’s classic yet underused.

Hard Nos:
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]: sounds like evangelical sect of Christianity; really weird for a name in my opinion
[name_f]Delphine[/name_f]: sounds like dolphin
[name_f]Zephyra[/name_f]: the Z F and R sounds together just don’t flow for me. Also looks crowded and busy on paper and sounds like a Greek goddess in not a good way
I agree on [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f].
Delphine means dolphin lol some people like it because they want a name that’s reminiscent of the ocean

[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]- 8/10 this feels more like a variant than a diminutive so it doesn’t come off as nicknamey as [name_f]Lucy[/name_f].
[name_f]Theadora[/name_f] 3/10 I looove [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] though.
[name_f]Zephyra[/name_f] 7/10 I prefer [name_f]Zephrine[/name_f] but [name_f]Zephyra[/name_f] is a lovely name. I prefer it so similar sounding names like [name_f]Sapphira[/name_f] and [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f].

Evangeline ~ this is such a sweet endearing choice it’s beautiful and has a range of gorgeous nicknames. I also think the meaning bearer of good news is so pretty. [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is beautiful. 10/10
Leonie ~ this is a nice name it’s spunky sweet choice 7/10
Vivienne ~ I love this name so classy and effortless. [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is ageless and I like the nickname [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] it’s a lovely name. 10/10

Lucy ~ despite everyone’s love for [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] I’ve never liked this name it just sounds like the word loose its not attractive in my eyes. 3/10
Eliza ~ it’s such a spunky upbeat name that feels retro & fun 8/10
Theodora ~ I love [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] I think it’s elegant, timeless and is unusual it’s just different. It’s actually on my personal top ten. I love the range of nicknames. [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] is great. 10/10
