Honest opinions on [name]Lena[/name_f] (LEE-nuh) and [name]Leta[/name_f] (LEE-ta)? I’m leaning towards [name]Leta[/name_f] recently because I love the sound of it, and [name]Lena[/name_f]'s been catching my eye lately, too. How’re these names in your point of view?
i really like both of them! my personal favourite is lena (but i like the lay-nuh pronunciation better). they’re both gorgeous though!
I find [name_f]Leta[/name_f] dazzling! It’s the perfect balance between common and unique. [name_f]Leta[/name_f] Lastrange is also a really strong and brave character in the Fantastic Beasts movies. I think I’m going to add it to my last, too!
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] is sweet and stylish. [name_f]Leta[/name_f] is sleek and intriguing - I really enjoy the sounds

I would never think to say [name_f]Leta[/name_f] with a long E!
They’re both insanely gorgeous, but I wouldn’t say either one with the -ee- sound. [name_f]Leta[/name_f] to me is somewhere in between let-uh and lay-tuh. And [name_f]Lena[/name_f] for me is len-uh or lay-nuh, depending on the day.
both very beautiful - neither would be my instinctive pronunciations but they definitely work. I slightly prefer [name_f]Leta[/name_f]
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
They’re both nice. I feel like [name_f]Leta[/name_f] seems more obviously Lee-tuh, whereas [name_f]Lena[/name_f] could easily be Lee-nuh or Lay-nuh. I tend to want to say Lay-nuh, since that’s how [name_f]Elena[/name_f] & [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] are pronounced. So, that all being said, [name_f]Leta[/name_f] sounds like the easier choice. Plus, [name_f]Leta[/name_f] is more unique, so that’s a plus!
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
