Oren?

Hey everyone! [name_m]Just[/name_m] curious on your thoughts on the name [name_m]Oren[/name_m]. I don’t see it on NB a lot so I want to know what you all think.

I absolutely adore [name_m]Oren[/name_m]! The sound, the meaning, everything. Sadly I don’t think I can use it but everyone else should;)

I love the name for both the meaning (pine tree) and the familiarity. I found it while looking for nature names and trying to honor people without having to use the exact name (Öwën). It is on my list albeit only as a MN. I’ll probably use it even if I’m not honoring someone.

If you love it, I would definitely consider using it.

I like how [name_m]Oren[/name_m] sounds but it means orange in Welsh so that makes me unsure of how I really feel about it. Although I think it’s perfectly usuable if you’re not around any Welsh speakers

Niche thought probably but I immediately think of [name_f]April[/name_f]’s goth friend from [name_m]Parks[/name_m] and Recreation. But he spells it [name_m]Orin[/name_m].

AllI can think of, alas, is [name_m]Oren[/name_m] Hatch so it’s a no go for me. Plus the similar sound to oral.

I like it and, several years ago, met a man named [name_m]Oren[/name_m]. I think it would be a handsome choice.

Hi there.

I like it a lot. It’s super simple, but not done at all. I’m a sucker for Hebrew names, & it means pine tree? That’s beautiful! It’s one of those names that sounds strong & masculine, but sweet & warm at the same time.

Hope this helps.
