I like the sound, it feels very cool and fresh with the O beginning and ending, and the “sl” part. But it’s very connected to the city for me – I personally think if I met an [name_m]Oslo[/name_m], I would assume his parents really loved the city, or had visited it together or something and wanted to preserve that memory in their child’s name.

I pretty much agree with the previous poster - cool sound, but I find it odd as a name since to me it’s just connected to the city, especially if there is no actual link between the parents and the place. You might like Otso, Ozzy, Otto, Orso, Marlo, Cosmo, Rollo, Arlo, Laszlo, Oziah or Winslow!

It’s an excellent name!

I am another who has just recently come across it as a name and I really like it! I’ve never been to [name_m]Oslo[/name_m] but it’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to visit, and I like the connection with the city.

I like [name_m]Oslo[/name_m]. Of course it’s connected to the city, but so are a ton of other place names. And [name_m]Oslo[/name_m] is an amazingly beautiful city after all

I love it. We have just added it to our name list and it’s gone straight to the top. I loved [name_m]Otto[/name_m] but too many Simpsons bus driver vibes for my husband so [name_m]Oslo[/name_m] looks like it could be the one.
