I adore Otto. Such a warm and sweet name. There’s a family on youtube called lifewithbeans who have a son called Otto and he really endeared me to the name

I really love it, it was on our own list for a boy but we didn’t want to go too matchy with two O-ending names so struck it off 
I find it handsome and solid, but really cool and quirky too. Definitely a stylish choice.

The only associations I can think of are otters (which I love!

It’s not a name that I would choose. I think I would learn to like it if I had ever met a little [name_m]Otto[/name_m]. I know of no one by the name.
I just picture an otter. Most people would probably find that a positive association, though.

I think the only association I can make, and its random, barely relevant and possibly obscure is [name_m]Otto[/name_m] [name_m]Von[/name_m] Bismarck. If you aren’t [name_m]German[/name_m] (I’m not so…ignore me) I don’t think there’s a lot that people can tell you about who the name reminds them of.

I’ve always leaned towards [name_m]Otis[/name_m] when it comes to the Ot- names, but [name_m]Otto[/name_m] is not bad at all. Always in for a sweet and simple palindrome!
My personal association is [name_m]Otto[/name_m] [name_m]Frank[/name_m], but I don’t think its a common reference for many people, and there have been very many other [name_m]Otto[/name_m]-s in history.

I know a toddler [name_m]Otto[/name_m] who is adorable It sounds cute when he says it and my 2yo daughter says it. It was on our list but my family had a bad association with it. Otherwise it was a top choice!

I used to babysit an [name_m]Otto[/name_m]. He was the first [name_m]Otto[/name_m] I ever met and he was such a rad kid, so I have nothing but positive associations with this name.
