For fun I had posted ages ago about baby names for a future child that we were not pregnant with. Well, fast forward to now and we are expecting our 3rd baby girl in [name]August[/name]! Our big sisters are named:
So obviously we trend towards names off the beaten path. We are looking to get away from the -er names in order to not be crazy matchy, and don’t want another S or B name. The middle name will for sure be [name]Ann[/name]. Would love to hear your thoughts!
It seems like you tend to like unique names (obviously!) with simpler middle names. Might you like…
[name]Cassia[/name] - Can be pron. [name]Cass[/name]-ee-uh or cash-uh
[name]Orly[/name]
[name]Scout/name - I know you said no S names, but they have a different sound (s and sch-sh) so I thought it might be okay
[name]Xena[/name]
[name]Tenley[/name]/Tinley (I prefer the first)
[name]Tawny[/name]
[name]Quin/name
[name]Neve[/name]/[name]Neva[/name]
[name]Wesley[/name]
[name]Finley[/name]/[name]Finlay[/name] nn [name]Finn[/name]
[name]Corrine[/name]
[name]Lachlan[/name] - pron. [name]Lock[/name]-lyn
[name]Aoife[/name] - pron. [name]Eve[/name]
[name]Acadia[/name]
[name]Lawson[/name]
[name]Lyra[/name]
[name]Sabina[/name] (sorry, I know that is an “S”)
[name]Tamsin[/name]
[name]Veda[/name]
[name]Xanthe[/name]
I know you wanted to shy away from B’s but what about Brynley [name]Ann[/name]? I think Schuler, [name]Briar[/name] and Brynley (nn. [name]Bryn[/name]) sound cute…although [name]Briar[/name] and [name]Bryn[/name] are awfully similar.
how about these suggestions?:
[name]Piper[/name] [name]Ann[/name] (loving this with your sibset, but its not the ending that you are leaning towards)
[name]Tierney[/name] [name]Ann[/name] (also loving this with sibset)
[name]Wesley[/name] [name]Ann[/name]
[name]Billie[/name] [name]Ann[/name]
[name]Agyness[/name] [name]Ann[/name] (nn. [name]Aggie[/name]/[name]Aggy[/name])
[name]Cassidy[/name] [name]Ann[/name]
Graylie [name]Ann[/name]
[name]Hazel[/name] [name]Ann[/name]
Wow, I really admire the strange names! I love them, I want my kids to have strange names. I also love (girls) names to be spelled very weird. I want my daughters name to be [name]Maisy[/name], but i do not want to spell it that way. I am suggesting this for you too!!! [name]Maisy[/name], [name]Maisie[/name], Maizy, [name]Maizie[/name], Maezy, Maezay, Meysay, Meysi, Meyzi, Meyzie, Meysie, Maesay, Maesy, Meiysy, Meisay, Mayzey, and Maysiy. All of these sound good with [name]Ann[/name], i think. I think even a double name, [name]Maisy[/name] [name]Ann[/name]. (with a different spelling for [name]Maisy[/name]). Good luck! and congrats!
I think that Schuler and [name]Brier[/name] definitely pair nicely with the earlier suggestion of [name]Tenley[/name] [name]Ann[/name], but I also wanted to suggest [name]Halsey[/name] ([name]HALL[/name]-szee) [name]Ann[/name]. I love [name]Halsey[/name]! [name]Hollis[/name] or [name]Ellis[/name] would be cute, too, or perhaps another natural name, like [name]Rowan[/name] - but that sounds awful with [name]Ann[/name]! [name]Harlow[/name], [name]Macy[/name], or [name]Marley[/name] might work well, too.
If you aren’t sure about straying from -er names, especially if this will be your final child (I don’t know if it is!), then maybe you’d like some. My first thought was [name]Pepper[/name], but [name]Pepper[/name] [name]Ann[/name] won’t work due to the old children’s cartoon about [name]Pepper[/name] [name]Ann[/name]! [name]Sawyer[/name] [name]Ann[/name] or [name]Harper[/name] [name]Ann[/name] would be sweet…
Here are some unique suggestions:
[name]Aster[/name]
[name]Astria[/name]
[name]Auburn[/name]
[name]Bay[/name]
[name]Clover[/name]
Lowli
[name]Wylie[/name]
[name]Avery[/name]
