[name]Hi[/name] Everyone-
We just found out that we’re having our first boy! Yay! Now as we’re beginning to look at names we’re struggling to find the perfect name to go with our two little girls…Our daughters are named [name]George[/name] and [name]Jack[/name], they are not nicknames but their full given names…we want to find a name that matches the masculinity of our daughters names…We welcome all suggestions!
I hate to be disrespectful to your daughter’s names but they shocked me just a tiny bit, if you don’t mind me saying…I wouldn’t say I hate them but…I for sure wouldn’t use these names, sorry.
Anyways, I guess you really need a masculine name!
[name]How[/name] about…
[name]Harrison[/name]
[name]Archer[/name]
[name]Roman[/name]
[name]Sawyer[/name]
[name]Maxwell[/name]
[name]Rocco[/name]
[name]Ryder[/name]
[name]Andrew[/name]
[name]Angus[/name]
[name]Amadeus[/name]
[name]Conrad[/name]
[name]Noah[/name]
[name]Hudson[/name]
[name]Felix[/name]
[name]Fredrick[/name]
[name]Carter[/name]
[name]Abram[/name]
[name]Tyson[/name]
[name]Colton[/name]
These are just some random names that came to mind when I thought masculine, and might not work with your daughter’s! hope you like some!
With daughters named [name]George[/name] and [name]Jack[/name], I think you have no choice but to name your son [name]Dick[/name]. Or Troll.
Where [name]George[/name] and [name]Jack[/name] could possibly be [name]Georgie[/name] and [name]Jackie[/name], you might consider picking a name that doesn’t have a feminine nn.
I can’t really think of any right now, cause I’m super tired, but it’s something to think about.
On second thought, looking at some from my own list…
[name]Declan[/name]
[name]Leopold[/name]
[name]Xander[/name] (or [name]Ander[/name])
[name]Jacob[/name]
[name]Joshua[/name]
[name]Benjamin[/name]
[name]Benedict[/name]
[name]Caleb[/name]
[name]Zane[/name]
[name]Jude[/name]
[name]Luke[/name]
[name]Elijah[/name]
[name]Jackson[/name]
I think name like [name]Max[/name] or [name]Rex[/name] might work for your son, something very masculine, with no girlish connotations or nicknames.
Also, if you don’t mind sharing I would love to know why you picked such unusual names for your daughters.
I really like the suggestion of [name]Maxwell[/name] and [name]Roman[/name] for your boy. I’m running on the assumption that you must like fairly traditional names (although not traditional gender wise) since your daughters are [name]George[/name] and [name]Jack[/name]…[name]Joseph[/name]? [name]Thomas[/name]? [name]John[/name]? [name]Eric[/name]? [name]Matthew[/name]?
While [name]George[/name] and [name]Jack[/name] are very different on girls I don’t mind them At least they can still be feminised a little! My mum went to school with sisters called [name]Craig[/name] and [name]Wayne[/name]. Of all the boy’s names in the world to choose from their parents chose [name]Craig[/name] and [name]Wayne[/name]!!! I mean seriously…
I agree with pp’s [name]Maxwell[/name] and [name]Rex[/name] would be good names for a son.
Also
[name]Reginald[/name]
[name]Kingston[/name]
[name]Ignatius[/name]
best wishes
