I was torn between [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Catherine[/name], voted [name]Alice[/name], but when I saw all the votes for [name]Alice[/name], I wish I’d voted for [name]Catherine[/name]. 
Now that I think of it, [name]Catherine[/name] is probably my favorite, I love its simplicity and utter classic femininity, it’s just perfect. I love the nns [name]Cate[/name], [name]Kitty[/name], [name]Erin[/name]/[name]Erina[/name], and [name]Wren[/name] for it.

I’m not surprised to see [name]Alice[/name] winning by a lot on this site - it’s the only one on your list that’s really Nameberry-style! I like it by far the best too. Second choice would have to be [name]Catherine[/name] because I like the nn [name]Cathy[/name] a lot.
Well, I like [name]Alice[/name] a lot too and it is a family name that is dear to us, however, it sounds pretty bad with our last name. It’s always something with the names that could be so perfect! (there are a lot of S’s in our last name)
We also have [name]Rebecca[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] on our list, but again [name]Mary[/name] sounds bad with our last name. (can’t really explain, but trust me) I’ve always loved [name]Rebecca[/name], but it seems a little dated, although it surely MUST remain classic!
“Nameberry Style” - I’m not really concerned with being on the cutting edge of the trends as you can see from my choices. I’d rather have a timeless name. Many of the “in” names around here are on their way to shooting up the charts, i.e. [name]Charlotte[/name], or staying in the strange category. We have already used some serious classics in our sibset, so I am branching out a little, but still want to remain in the traditional realm.
Also, thanks for the middle name ideas. [name]Michaela[/name] [name]Christine[/name] has been in my head before and I like it. The person who suggested the [name]Vanessa[/name] names is really on the right track. I appreciate the suggestions, but random word names are not our style, even for a middle name. I like meaning first, then flow with the entire name and style. Must stay relatively traditional and dignified!

I voted for [name]Alice[/name] as it’s pretty much my favorite name. However I’m also partial to [name]Michaela[/name]; I think it’s very underused.
