I love how eclectic this list is! Your son has such a versatile name that I feel like you have a lot of freedom with sibling names… [name_f]Do[/name_f] you want a cool, tailored set like F0rde and [name_u]Arden[/name_u]; a refined, old-fashioned pairing like F and [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]; or do you want to go a little bit hipster with F and [name_u]Indigo[/name_u]?

My personal favourite is [name_f]Nell[/name_f]. I love its simple, bright, frills-free appeal, and it manages to feel both funky and serious to me ([name_f]Lottie[/name_f] manages all of the first four too, but falls down on that last point for me). Although I would never have thought to put them together, it works really well with F for all of the above reasons.

Of the rest, my favourites with your son’s name are [name_u]Arden[/name_u], [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f], in that order. I voted for all four.

I think [name_m]Ford[/name_m] and [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] or [name_m]Ford[/name_m] and [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] go together really well! I love the combination [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f] [name_u]Arden[/name_u], very stunning name! Also [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] is pretty to me! [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] is beauitful too.

You got my style down with these suggestions! I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], [name_f]Saskia[/name_f], [name_f]Hattie[/name_f], [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u], and [name_f]Maren[/name_f] which were all on my long list but ultimately my partner isn’t a fan of. I also love [name_f]Polly[/name_f], [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], [name_f]Romilly[/name_f], and especially [name_f]Thessaly[/name_f] and [name_f]Tess[/name_f] !!

I really like the way you described the feel of the names we like! I see what you mean with [name_f]Noelle[/name_f], and I think I am off of it, but it is probably my OHs favorite. I think it will end up being cut from our list. I especially like [name_f]Olive[/name_f] of your suggestions!

Thank you! I really like the imagery of [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] [name_u]Indigo[/name_u]

I think [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] is perfect with F0rd3! My second choice would be [name_u]Arden[/name_u]. I see F0rd3 as more modern and edgy, and I think [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] (and to a lesser extent [name_u]Arden[/name_u]) feels the same.

I love [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]! It’s a gorgeous name. I also adore [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f] (prefer [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]). My least favorite names are [name_f]Nell[/name_f] and [name_f]Lottie[/name_f].

Suggestions: [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_u]Arden[/name_u], [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] and [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]

I think your son’s name fits with a variety of styles quite well, dependant upon the style of name it’s paired with. It seems that with [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f], the set sounds vintage; with [name_f]Lottie[/name_f], short, sweet and spunky; with [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f], a little whimsical; with [name_u]Arden[/name_u], surnames-as-first-names-modern; and with [name_u]Indigo[/name_u], quirky-yet-familiar-modern.

My favourites with you little guy’s name are [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f], [name_u]Arden[/name_u] and [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f].

I hadn’t thought of any of these names as modern or edgy! I definitely appreciate the perspective as I don’t think that’s what we are going for

Thank you! We aren’t going to use any of these as middle names but those are all lovely combos:)

Thank you! I agree that his name bridges a lot of styles. The freedom to choose from a lot of types is nice, as I’m not attached to any one style in particular.

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

I voted for [name_u]Indigo[/name_u]. I just find it so pretty & whimsical. It’s not frilly, but still has a beautiful feel. It seems to go well w/your ds’ name. I remember you saying that you’re not necessarily nick name people, but for what it’s worth, I love the nn Idgie.

My thoughts on the rest:

[name_f]Nell[/name_f]-I generally prefer this as a nn, but it does go great w/your ds’ name. Short & sweet.

[name_f]Noelle[/name_f]-I don’t care for this. I feel like it should be spelled like [name_u]Noel[/name_u], but then that looks more masculine & also like [name_m]Nole[/name_m] (which [name_u]Noel[/name_u] ((said [name_m]Nole[/name_m])) would be great for a boy!)

[name_f]Lottie[/name_f]-This is kind of cute, but very nick namey on its own. [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is pretty, but sort of over done.

[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]-I want to like this, but can’t get over the scary movie. Never even seen it!

[name_u]Arden[/name_u]-Meh, this sounds masculine to me.

[name_f]Seraphine[/name_f]-Hm. I feel like this would be mistaken for Sereaphina. Either way, I don’t care for it. Not sure why.

Suggestions: (These aren’t what I’d first pair w/your ds’ name, but I’m more going off the feel of the names from your current list.) .

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

Idgie is a very sweet nickname! I really like that, I hadn’t thought of it. We aren’t a fan of [name_u]Noel[/name_u] for a boy at all, and definitely dont mind using nicknames as first names, so aren’t worried at all that [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] might sound nickname-y. Of your suggestions I love [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] and [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u]. I like [name_f]Esme[/name_f] too, and it is a family name, but it’s too close to my own name for me unfortunately. Very pretty, though! Thank you for your thoughts

I think at least for now I have narrowed our short list down to [name_f]Nell[/name_f], [name_f]Lottie[/name_f], [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f], and [name_u]Arden[/name_u]. Thanks everyone!
