Our gorgeous triplets are here

I’m happy to announce that I’m a proud mom of 6 beautiful kids now.
Our triplets arrived on [name]July[/name] 31, after a very unexpected and exhausting labour. [name]Even[/name] though they where due in late september they are perfect and healthy.
Their siblings [name]Spencer[/name] [name]Grace/name, [name]Love[/name] [name]Isabella/name and [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Karl/name are very happy, so the whole family is.

Here is the thread where we discussed the names: Nameberry - Welcome to the Nameberry Forums

So here are their names and we want to thank everyone who had any suggestions for us it was really fun to pick up a name after so many advices were given!

Our girls are: [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Polly[/name] and [name]Marcheline[/name] Chlo” [name]Lux[/name].
Our little boy is [name]Henry[/name] [name]Kerr[/name].

We are calling the first girl [name]Cathie[/name]. I call the second daughter [name]Marx[/name] but my hubby calls her Chlo”. And our kids call her [name]Lux[/name], so haven’t got a nickname for her. We were planning to call her [name]Marcheline[/name] [name]Lux[/name], but my husband didn’t agree because she looked like a [name]Chloe[/name] to him.
We’d decided a name for our boy the first day we knew we had a boy in there. And when he was born and I looked at him my first words where he’s [name]Henry[/name]!!

Thanks again and wish you all much luck and patience with your kids.

Congrats to you [name]Gisele[/name] on the birth of your triplets, [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Polly[/name], [name]Marcheline[/name] [name]Chloe[/name] [name]Lux[/name] and [name]Henry[/name] [name]Kerr[/name]. [name]Catherine[/name], [name]Marcheline[/name] and [name]Henry[/name] are a wonderful trio of names! I’m glad that everyone is healthy and siblings [name]Spencer[/name] [name]Grace[/name], [name]Love[/name] [name]Isabella[/name] and [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Karl[/name] are happy with the new arrivals! Not many people have six children these days so hats off to you!

Congrats! Our triplets arrived on the same day. [name]Glad[/name] all three are doing well

Wow, another set of triplets on Nameberry? Please excuse my skepticism, but I’m just not buying it anymore.

^ That’s all well and good, but I think it’s better to just ignore it and let it slide than accuse someone of lying. Keep the peace as it were.

Congrats. I really love [name]Marcheline[/name] [name]Chloe[/name] [name]Lux[/name]. [name]Lux[/name] is a top favorite of mine.

Warmest congratulations. All their names are lovely and it is especially sweet that Dad thinks she is a [name]Chloe[/name] I think your [name]Marcheline[/name] will love Dad calling her [name]Chloe[/name], it’s their special name.

IndianRuby, I’d rather we keep the peace by having people tell the truth. It’s getting to the point where this is less of a place for people to have honest discussions about names, and more for fifteen year olds to play a real-life game of the Sims.

I hate to see Nameberry devolving into a “pics or it didn’t happen” sort of mentality, if we’re to get any sort of trust between members, but I honestly find myself doubting each and every birth announcement that’s posted here now. Is that really fair to the members who have actual children? :expressionless:

Congrats! [name]Hope[/name] your triplets will continue to grow and be released from the hospital soon.

Thank you!

I feel that it’s always fairly obvious who those playing games are though.
There is almost no need to ‘prove’ that some of these ‘parents’ are in fact pseudo-namers, so to speak.
Sigh.

Captainawkwardpants - I do agree that it’s unfair that you feel like you can’t trust people on here anymore. I just… I don’t know. Other than the fact that she has had triplets, I don’t see anything wrong with what has been posted here. I have seen a lot of these sorts of things (on different forums, I’m fairly new here so I haven’t really gotten to know people or the way things work) get turned into cyber bullying without any real evidence, and for that reason I think in some instances it’s better to say nothing and perhaps go to a moderator if you have your doubts, than to open a can of worms in a thread that’s supposed to be about something joyous. I’m not saying this would have gotten vicious, but in my opinion it’s not worth the risk, and my comment was just to defuse any situation that may have popped up.
I understand saying something if she had posted that she had had triplets that were white, black and [name]Asian[/name] and ha just started giggling at 3 days old or something ridiculous like that, but she’s just announcing a plausible birth. Yeah all of these triplets are unlikely, but it’s the Internet. They could be lying or they could be telling the truth. I think in this instance it’s better to just leave it be. I’m sorry if you don’t agree or I have offended in some way, but I guess there would be no point in forums at all if we all had the same opinion.

P.S I really like your username

mimimommy - That’s an interesting point. (I found nameberry about 3 monthes before my baby was born, and by then I was pretty desperate as hubby vetoed EVERYTHING.) It is definitly plausible, but I do think that some members - not going to point fingers - do make up sib sets and pregnancies just for the ‘fun’ of it, but I could be wrong. One thing that I find strange about this case, though, is that this user is a junior member, and has only posted a little bit. I just find that odd.
