We have finally decided on our little guy’s name!
[name_u]Loki[/name_u] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] [name_m]Harold[/name_m] was born on [name_f]Monday[/name_f] the 14th of [name_u]November[/name_u].
[name_u]Loki[/name_u] is a name that we both loved and we didn’t find anything else that we loved as much or more. There was someone that we wanted to honour with his name and he is an amazing carpenter/woodworker and so we decided on [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] in the middle name spot (while neither of us are religious, we went around and around trying to find a way to honour him with the middle name and decided that [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] would do as a link to the biblical father of [name_m]Jesus[/name_m], the carpenter). My DH’s grandfather, [name_m]Harold[/name_m], died just after [name_u]Loki[/name_u] was conceived and so while we weren’t planning on having 2 middle names, we decided to use [name_m]Harold[/name_m] as well.
Big sister [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] [name_f]Salome[/name_f] is thrilled with her little brother and my husband and I couldn’t be more in love, again! Amazing how they steal your heart from the very first moment.
I am just over the moon and completely relieved that we have decided on his name. And I feel good about it which is SO nice. I wasn’t sure we were going to get there!
