[name_f]Isadora[/name_f] ("[name_f]Rosie[/name_f]") [name_f]Maple[/name_f] [name_u]Gray[/name_u] was born on 1 [name_f]October[/name_f] 2017 at 12:44am, weighing 7lbs 8oz at 39+1 weeks. She is a sister for [name_f]Antonia[/name_f] ("[name_f]Annie[/name_f]") [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_u]Gray[/name_u] and [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Gray[/name_u].
After two IVF babies, [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] was an unplanned surprise pregnancy at the age of 40.
[name_f]Isadora[/name_f] is Latin/Greek for “Gift from [name_f]Isis[/name_f]”, the Egyptian goddess of the moon, sky, magic, motherhood and fertility. And [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] as a nn because it’s unexpected (but the right letters and sounds are there) and a nod to my daughter’s name for the baby during my pregnancy, [name_f]Rainbow[/name_f] [name_f]Pink[/name_f]. [name_f]Maple[/name_f] is to honour my Canadian heritage. [name_u]Gray[/name_u] is my maiden name, which all the children share as a second middle.
