Our Short List WDYT?

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Lena[/name_f] or [name_f]Nora[/name_f])
Adalind [name_f]Jeanne[/name_f] (Family Spelling) nn [name_f]Lindie[/name_f]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]

[name_u]Memphis[/name_u] [name_m]Jackson[/name_m]
[name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]
[name_u]Grady[/name_u] [name_m]Bennett[/name_m]

We also plan on having more. would they work as a sibset? any thoughts suggestions??
All of them are Family names in one way or another.

I feel like [name_m]Archer[/name_m], [name_u]Grady[/name_u] and [name_u]Memphis[/name_u] work fine as brothers. [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] absolutely work as sisters. Is Adalind the family spelling you’re talking about, or [name_f]Jeanne[/name_f]? If it were [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Jeanne[/name_f] instead, I think it would also match beautifully with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f].

However… the boys’ names and the girls’ names do not match at all, in my opinion. The boys’ names are much more modern/nouveau, especially [name_u]Memphis[/name_u]. I can’t quite picture a [name_u]Memphis[/name_u] and an [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] as siblings.

I love [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] “[name_f]Nora[/name_f]”, [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] “[name_f]Lottie[/name_f]”, [name_m]Archer[/name_m], and [name_m]Bennett[/name_m]. I think they are all fine as a sibling set.

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is one of my favorite names but I don’t like it paired with [name_f]Joy[/name_f]. For a boy I like [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m].

From your lists, I like [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_u]Grady[/name_u] together best. [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] is cute, but I’m not sure I like it with the others.

I wouldn’t use [name_u]Memphis[/name_u] with [name_m]Jackson[/name_m], as both are well-known cities. [name_f]Nor[/name_f] would I use them in a sibset with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], also a well-known city. It would seem a like a theme.

Although it’s not exactly my style, [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is a nice name…and I absolutely [name_f]ADORE[/name_f] the nickname [name_f]Nora[/name_f]! | [name_u]Grady[/name_u] [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] is my favorite choice for your boy. | Although [name_u]Memphis[/name_u] is a nice name, I wholeheartedly agree with ollieollie and would change your pairing of [name_u]Memphis[/name_u] [name_m]Jackson[/name_m], being that they’re both cities. | I also agree that [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_u]Memphis[/name_u] within the same sibset is a little too themey, and unless that’s what you’re going for, I would avoid that pairing! | I feel that the rest of your names would all work well together in a sibset, and kind of like the mix of vintage girl names with modern boy names.

Congrats and good luck!

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Lena[/name_f] or [name_f]Nora[/name_f]) - [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] sounds very caring. [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is…honestly a
little common sounding to me. All in all, I like how this these two names flow nicely with one another. And there are lots of other really great nick names for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] as well.

Adalind [name_f]Jeanne[/name_f] (Family Spelling) nn [name_f]Lindie[/name_f] - To be perfect honest, I don’t like the name Adalind or [name_f]Jeanne[/name_f]. They just don’t “ring” right to me.

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] - My niece’s middle name is [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]! [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] sounds sweet, shy, and just over all lovely. [name_f]Joy[/name_f] isn’t a name that really attracts me, but it’s okay.

[name_u]Memphis[/name_u] [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] - I’m not either of these names. I think at one point I liked [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] for a little bit, though.

[name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] - Cute! I love these two names together.

[name_u]Grady[/name_u] [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] - Not a fan of [name_u]Grady[/name_u], but I do like [name_m]Bennet[/name_m].

In terms of sibsets that I like (if you have two):

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] & [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] & [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]
Adalind [name_f]Jeanne[/name_f] & [name_u]Grady[/name_u] [name_m]Bennet[/name_m]

Best of luck!

[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] ([name_f]Nora[/name_f]) and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]. [name_m]Both[/name_m] so pretty and classic. I don’t like Adalind because I just don’t like girl names ending in -d. [name_f]Jeanne[/name_f] is old and dated, so I don’t like that.

I don’t like [name_u]Memphis[/name_u], but [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] is okay.
I love [name_m]Archer[/name_m], but I don’t really like [name_m]John[/name_m].
I don’t like [name_u]Grady[/name_u] because whenever I see it, at first I think it says gravy, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing because I love gravy. And then there was this annoying kid on a show named [name_u]Grady[/name_u]. I don’t like [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] because it reminds me of this weird guy on another show I’ve seen before.

I love [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] for sisters. For [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], I like the nicknames [name_f]Nora[/name_f] or [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], but I prefer [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]. For [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], I love the nickname [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]. [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] and [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]. <3

Like I said, I really love Eleanor Jane and Charlotte Joy. Seriously, I really like them.
From your boys, I really love Archer, but that was the only one I really liked. Archer and Greyson would be handsome for brothers.
