[name_u]Finley[/name_u] was chosen because DH likes the NN [name_u]Finn[/name_u] and it has a Y in it. All 4 of my boys have a Y in their name as a connection to me. Being an Irish and Scottish name it fit perfect for a st patties baby. (st [name_m]Patrick[/name_m] was born in [name_f]Scotland[/name_f]) The meaning is fair haired hero and we were hoping he might end up being a little blondie. He has brown hair with light hair around the edges like our blondie did when he was born, so there is a chance he will turn blonde.
[name_m]Miles[/name_m] is a family name. My mom wanted to use it if she had a boy, but was blessed with 3 girls. I have been blessed with 4 boys, so I waited until our possible last baby to use it to honor my mom just in case we eventually had a girl.
