Our sweet girls were born on [name_f]Monday[/name_f], [name_f]April[/name_f] 23rd at 34 weeks. [name_u]Baby[/name_u] A is [name_f]Indie[/name_f] [name_f]Lola[/name_f] weighing just a hair over 4 lbs. [name_u]Baby[/name_u] B is [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] weighing 2 lb 10 oz. [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] was our SIUGR baby and the reason for the early delivery. She’s surprised us all and is doing extremely well. [name_f]Indie[/name_f] is working really hard to breathe so she’s on cpap for a little assistance. She may end up intubated for a dose of surfactant but we’re hoping that’s not the case. Both girls will be in the NICU for a while to work on developing their lungs, gaining weight, and growing stronger. I can’t believe I’m finally a mama after so many years of heartache. I truly believe our two angel babies are looking out for these little girls. We’re so in love with our new lil family.
