overdue- waiting to choose a name

My due date was yesterday. I’m so anxious to meet this little guy. We’ve narrowed it down to [name]Tucker[/name], [name]Tristan[/name], or [name]Calvin[/name], and are waiting to meet him before we make a decision. We don’t have a middle name yet, but my husband likes the nn TJ so it will probably begin with J. Last name is Mermer. Hoping he’ll come soon.

I like [name]Tristan[/name] better than [name]Tucker[/name] with your surname. CJ is a cute nn too! Some ideas::

[name]Calvin[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Calvin[/name] [name]Joshua[/name]
[name]Calvin[/name] [name]Jonah[/name]
[name]Calvin[/name] [name]Josiah[/name]
[name]Calvin[/name] [name]Jeremiah[/name]
[name]Calvin[/name] [name]Jack[/name]
[name]Tristan[/name] [name]Joseph[/name]
[name]Tristan[/name] [name]John[/name]
[name]Tristan[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Tristan[/name] [name]Jude[/name]
[name]Tristan[/name] [name]Jared[/name]
[name]Tristan[/name] [name]Jerome[/name]
[name]Tucker[/name] [name]Julian[/name]
[name]Tucker[/name] [name]Jude[/name]
[name]Tucker[/name] [name]John[/name]
[name]Tucker[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Tucker[/name] [name]Jethro[/name]
[name]Tucker[/name] [name]Jeremy[/name]

[name]Tristan[/name] and [name]Calvin[/name] are both good options but [name]Tucker[/name] bothers me. First of all it reminds me of a dog name, but more importantly the repeated -er sound with your last name disrupts the flow of the name and that’s something I dislike. It sounds rhymey. With your last name my favorite out of the first two is [name]Tristan[/name].
