Bella/Isabella/isabel or any variation that could POSSIBLY give the nn Bella.
I have met 5 in my theatre class alone! We call them Bella1, Bella2, Bella3, Bella4 and Bella5 because Bella1, Bella2 and Bella3 have the same starting letter for their last name.
