Looking at my est and i’m feeling a bit silly… I came off my depo jab was due to be having another on the 13th june.
Obviously my body is going to be a bit iffy at the moment but i’m wondering when to do an ovulation test as i’m not sure if the cycle is still the same as it says on my app. [name_f]Do[/name_f] i go by the app which says i should ovulate on the 13th july or should i do a test now? and then again on 13th?

Hey - I’m a bit confused, are you testing for ovulation to avoid pregnancy or are you trying to get pregnant. (Only I’d probably test more often if trying to avoid - if TTC, you always have another month, and your cycle will be more predictable once you give your body a month to settle off the depo provera). If you’re due for ovulation based on calendar on 13th, I’d test on the 10th and then again on the 12th. (Most kits are good at predicting 12-48 hours, so 4 day gap isn’t ideal).
