I would normally choose [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] over [name_m]Robert[/name_m] as a middle (I love [name_u]Ellis[/name_u]) but there’s something about [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] that just doesn’t sound right to me. Maybe it’s because they both start with a vowel? I don’t know but I chose [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] [name_m]Park[/name_m].
I disagree. I think [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] has spark! Either name is great, though.
They’re both lovely, but [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_m]Park[/name_m] really rolls off the tongue.
Thank you, everyone.
Currently leaning toward [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_m]Park[/name_m]. [name_m]Robert[/name_m] would add a bonus loved one being honored but [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] gives the combo a bit of spark.
I agree with most others here. I far prefer [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_m]Park[/name_m]. For me, there’s something slightly difficult about getting [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] [name_m]Park[/name_m] out. Maybe it’s the fact that you’re going from closed sound to closed sound from one name to the other ie Owen Robert Park. You don’t have that with [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_m]Park[/name_m], so I think that one flows much better. And as others have said, [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_m]Park[/name_m] has a spark that [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] [name_m]Park[/name_m] does not.
I prefer [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] as it feels less tired.
