I love love WEN names …
[name_f]Owena[/name_f] has been on my mind lately, although I’m unsure on the pronunciation. O-wena, o-WEN-a? I think I prefer the latter, but how would you pronounce it? And WDYT of the name generally?

Good question. I have no idea. I prefer owe-en-uh over oh-wee-nuh. There’s [name_f]Rowena[/name_f].
I prefer [name_f]Nolwenn[/name_f], [name_f]Olwen[/name_f], [name_f]Anwen[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], [name_f]Mairwen[/name_f], and [name_f]Rowena[/name_f].
I also prefer [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], [name_f]Anwen[/name_f], [name_f]Arwen[/name_f], [name_f]Rowena[/name_f], [name_f]Olwen[/name_f], [name_f]Bronwen[/name_f], etc.
At first glance, I would say oh-WEE-nuh. I too prefer different -wen names, esp. since this one is so close to [name_f]Rowena[/name_f] it can get confusing.
