Male name to me. I would use it as a middle. It works with any you listed.

Thanks I did try out some boy combos and added [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] to boy names.I know this is girl section though. Need more boy names anyways

Surnames in the middle immediately say family name to me so I think I prefer it as a first if its not.

I think [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] is a fun option that in my opinion feels very unisex even though I am more inclined to choose for a boy. I think for a girl I would use as a middle name I actually really like a surname choice with a more classic first name. I love [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u], [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] & [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u]. [name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] I like the repeated ā€˜pā€™ and ā€˜eā€™ sounds it has a very melodic sound.

Some other ideas could be [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u], [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] & [name_f]Dorothea[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u].

ā€œPalmerā€ should definitely not be used as a girlā€™s name, especially a first name. The only way I could see it working is if itā€™s a middle name named after a relative or something.

I did know a girl named [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] growing up, I prefer a middle but it definitely can be used as a first name.

It is fine as a middle name, why not? I would recommend something like [name_f]Ofelia[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u] or [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u].
[name_u]Or[/name_u] something like [name_u]Florence[/name_u] [name_u]Palmer[/name_u], etc.

Well I like Palmer a lot so Iā€™m inclined to say ā€œyes, use it as a first name!ā€ But Iā€™m sure it could be great in the middle spot too.

Youā€™ve paired Palmer with some real classics, so continuing with that themeā€¦
