Pandora Luna or Pandora Selene?

Which do you like more (and why)?

I love them both! [name_f]Pandora[/name_f] [name_f]Selene[/name_f] does flow better, but [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is one of my absolute favorite names, and I love it so much more than [name_f]Selene[/name_f]! I do love [name_f]Selene[/name_f] (and [name_f]Selena[/name_f]) too though. I love the connection they both have to the moon, and I love how they both complement [name_f]Pandora[/name_f] in their own way. I’m having trouble deciding. [name_f]Pandora[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] or [name_f]Pandora[/name_f] [name_f]Selene[/name_f]? :slight_smile:

I love the name [name_f]Luna[/name_f] too! But I think [name_f]Pandora[/name_f] [name_f]Selene[/name_f] flows better.

I just have to say this, in case you haven’t thought of it, but I think [name_f]Pandora[/name_f] would get awful teasing from boys about wanting to open “[name_f]Pandora[/name_f]'s Box” box being slang and negative for vagina. Urban Dictionary: box

alphabetters: I’m aware of all of the issues a name like [name_f]Pandora[/name_f] could have, but it’s so beautiful, and I love it more than all of that. Thx though. :slight_smile:

I love both [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Selene[/name_f], and though I do love [name_f]Luna[/name_f] a lot more, [name_f]Pandora[/name_f] [name_f]Selene[/name_f] fits so well together! I can’t speak for everyone, but my friend named her daughter [name_f]Pandora[/name_f], and she has not come across any teasing so far. I think It’s a beautiful name :slight_smile:

I like Pandora Selene much more than Pandora Luna. Though Luna is absolutely adorable, Selene just flows better with Pandora. Pandora is a lovely namesake, but I just can’t get over the -a endings for Luna and Pandora. Have you considered Lune?

I agree with most of the comments already posted.
[name_f]Pandora[/name_f] [name_f]Selene[/name_f] flows much better. [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is a great name and I understand why you want so badly to use it, but with [name_f]Pandora[/name_f], it doesn’t work nearly as well as [name_f]Selene[/name_f] does.
If you are really hung up on [name_f]Luna[/name_f] though, [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Selene[/name_f] is also a great name!!
