[name]Parker[/name] yes or no what do you think? i’m iffy because all the uni-sex trends but when i started to like it it wasn’t the in thing to do. what are your thoughts?
I think of [name]Parker[/name] as a boys name only.
I don’t really care for the name for either gender. I keep hearing “park her”.
hell yes! It would look great on a girl.
Not a fan. The name is all boy to me and I don’t find it appealing on a girl at all.
love it alot
I think its awful on either gender, sorry.
I think it’s all boy
I know too many boys named [name]Parker[/name] for this to sound appealing on a girl.
[name]Don[/name]'t care for the name either way but like it even less on a girl.
Yep, this.
I think it’s fine on a girl. I don’t see any reason that those types of surnames/occupational names are inherently masculine. However, if occassionally having your daughter mistaken for a boy will really bother you, I don’t think I’d go for it.
I don’t usually like “stealing” boys names to use on girls, but honestly [name]Parker[/name] sounds so much like [name]Harper[/name] that I think you can get away with it.I think it might even be, (dare i say it?!?) cute on a girl.
I’m not a huge fan of the name itself, but do see it as a boys name primarily. However,I think it sounds great in the middle name spot for girls. I don’t know why,but it when it’s a name like [name]Sophia[/name], [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Parker[/name] X just sounds so good!
Ok, I really love surnames on girls. I’m all about [name]Cooper[/name] and [name]Miller[/name] in particular which I’ve been told off for by berries several times
I can’t get behind [name]Parker[/name] though. I think it’s just because it’s not a surname I particularly like at all. And it reminds me of a rain jacket.
I agree with Hayley88 though - it could work in a middle name spot. [name]Camilla[/name] [name]Parker[/name] Bowles style. Kind of.
