I met two men named [name]Paxton[/name] and [name]Aubrey[/name] recently, both men were at least 40. These names are nms but very interesting and I’d like to know what other berries think about them!
[name]Both[/name] names are very trendy right now so their parents must have had a crystal ball when naming them forty years ago. They were definitely ahead of the pack! [name]Paxton[/name] is still a boys name with the popular “x” factor and an alternative to [name]Jaxon[/name]. [name]Aubrey[/name] is considered unisex but nowadays it’s primarily chosen for girls in various spellings like [name]Aubree[/name] and [name]Aubrie[/name]. I still prefer it for a boy.
I [name]LOVE[/name] the name [name]Paxton[/name], and I would absolutely use it for a future son. [name]Aubrey[/name] to me is and will always be a girl’s name…I know it’s considered unisex, but I’ve only ever known female Aubreys so it’s hard to make a disassociation.
I really like [name]Paxton[/name] a lot. It has a trendy vibe to me but the nn [name]Pax[/name] is utterly perfect, imo… I love that it’s the Latin word for ‘peace’. It has the short-and-sweet classic appeal that [name]Max[/name] and [name]Jack[/name] and [name]Patrick[/name] have (to me, anyway), and it reminds me of a lot of great memories in choir in high school, haha. Now that I think of it, I might just do [name]Patrick[/name] nn [name]Pax[/name]… That’s more of my style, anyway, I think.
[name]Aubrey[/name] is great! I once met a guy whose mn was [name]Aubrey[/name] and I was seriously so impressed… I love seeing [name]Aubrey[/name] considered for a boy but so many people consider it only a girls’ name now, which is really sad. (I really hope my beloved [name]Bailey[/name] doesn’t continue to take the route of [name]Aubrey[/name]!)
I think [name]Paxton[/name] [name]Aubrey[/name] would actually make a really cool combo…
[name]LOVE[/name] [name]Paxton[/name] and [name]Pax[/name] is wonderful!
[name]Aubrey[/name] is a beautiful name and I’ve met one man named [name]Aubrey[/name] and he was French. I prefer it for girls but that’s because of [name]Aubrey[/name] Hepburn.
I love [name]Aubrey[/name] for a male, pity my dear husband does not feel the same!
I have a brother in law named [name]Aubrey[/name] who is in his 40s. It is a family name on the hub’s side, and I think it is a bit odd. The meaning has something to do with fairies.
I love [name]Paxton[/name] and [name]Pax[/name]. I know of a little boy named [name]Pax[/name] and I love that it means peace.
