Most of these seem usable to me as middle names [name_f][/name_f]- but then I do have a son whose middle name is [name_m]Pythagoras[/name_m], so… 
Anyway, the ones I’d say are probably too much/dark are Hubris, [name_m]Napoleon[/name_m], [name_m]Machiavelli[/name_m] & Ominis. Vindictus is definitely borderline, but I wouldn’t call it unusable.
