I posted earlier about some name choices. But one I didn’t list was [name]Penelope[/name]. I love it; my daughter suggested it for her younger sister that we are expecting. And I love the idea of using [name]Nellie[/name] or [name]Elle[/name] for a nn. My only concern is that one of the dang Kardashians used it and I’m afraid b/c of that, it will get popular. We really prefer to use names that are a bit unique or at least not super common.
So… my question is, do you think it will get popular in the next few years since the Kardashians used it??? She named her first son [name]Mason[/name] and now it’s like the top 5 boy name (unsure if that’s the reason).
And do you think it sounds good with the middle name Hikari (He-kar-ee)? It is Japanese for “light” and the name we are planning to use for mn since my husband is Japanese.
Oh yeah… our daughter will be half [name]Asian[/name] so do you think that would be cute on a mix baby as well?
