Perry

What do you think of [name_u]Perry[/name_u] for a girl’s first name? Thank you!

I think it’s super cute if you’re going for preppy names.

I know a girl named [name_u]Peri[/name_u] and I love it on her. I prefer [name_u]Peri[/name_u] to [name_u]Perry[/name_u], mostly because it reminds me of the words/names Periwinkle and [name_f]Primrose[/name_f].

[name_f]Lovely[/name_f]…

I think it would be adorable and refreshing on a little girl and I also think it would mature well.

I would use the [name_u]Peri[/name_u] spelling.

I knew a [name_u]Peri[/name_u] and think that looks more feminine than [name_u]Perry[/name_u], who I would assume would be a boy. [name_u]Peri[/name_u] wore the name well and I do like that spelling on a girl.

I really like it! I agree with pp about the spelling. I prefer [name_u]Peri[/name_u] for a girl

I feel it is male.

I love the name [name_u]Perry[/name_u]! Personally, I prefer the spelling [name_f]Perrie[/name_f] (it was one of the first names I put on my updated girl names list!), but I think any iteration of the name is very cute and refreshing and I agree with a previous poster that it would age well.

I like it. It’s different without coming across as try-hard. There’s a singer from the girl group [name_m]Little[/name_m] Mix who spells her name [name_f]Perrie[/name_f] and I like the look of it.

Other people have suggested the [name_u]Peri[/name_u] spelling but personally I would stick with [name_u]Perry[/name_u] or [name_f]Perrie[/name_f]. [name_u]Peri[/name_u] just makes me think of peri-peri sauce, although if you’re unfamiliar with that I guess it wouldn’t be an issue.

I like [name_u]Perry[/name_u] a lot, but wouldn’t want to be named [name_u]Peri[/name_u] because when I saw it above I immediately thought of peri-peri sauce.

In Australia there was a show called [name_u]Blue[/name_u] Water High and one of the female characters names was [name_f]Perrie[/name_f] so I think its totally usable
