[name]Helena[/name] kind of works, and I like it. [name]Morgana[/name] does fit well, but it’s not a favorite of mine. [name]Morrigan[/name] seems really out of place here.
[name]Rosamund[/name] or [name]Rosalind[/name] sounds great with the other names.
I kind of like [name]Justina[/name] and [name]Isadora[/name], and I love [name]Penelope[/name] but it’s way to close to [name]Persephone[/name] for me
Thanks for responding. Thanks for resondingg!

My husband likes [name]Magdalena[/name] and I think it’s pretty, but I have the same issue with it that I have with [name]Morrigan[/name]. It doesn’t seem like it fits. Maybe I’m over thinking?
Thanks for responding.
Well, I really like Swedish, Greek, Russian and Irish names, and I have no connection/background to those nationalities at all.
I think [name]Magdalena[/name] would be fine!!

Ha, yes it is. And you are picky! So many names and only a couple “kind of likes” Also, [name]Magdalena[/name], [name]Magdalene[/name], [name]Magdalen[/name], all would fit very well.
I guess you see these around here a lot anyway, but it’s worth a shot:

While [name]Helena[/name] fits the best out of your list, I like [name]Cassandra[/name] better with your sibset. Some other possibilities are [name]Persephone[/name], [name]Amelia[/name], [name]Guinevere[/name], and
[name]Bettina[/name]
[name]Constance[/name]/[name]Constancia[/name]
[name]Cressida[/name]
[name]Demetria[/name]
[name]Dianthe[/name]
[name]Dorothea[/name]

Sad to see [name]Cassandra[/name] go from your list! It’s beautiful and fits perfectly with you’re other (equally gorgeous) names. However, if it really doesn’t feel right any more then I think [name]Morgana[/name] is amazing. I love it and it goes so well with [name]Persephone[/name], [name]Amelia[/name] and [name]Guinevere[/name]. Also, another name from Arthurian legend fills [name]Cassandra[/name]'s place quite well in the sense that the group would go from having two names from Greek mythology to having two names from Arthurian legend. Not sure if I explained myself very clearly there but never mind.
[name]Helena[/name] is just as lovely but [name]Morgana[/name] seems a bit more special somehow, probably because it isn’t used/mentioned as often. Some other suggestions:
[name]Demetria[/name]
[name]Isolde[/name]
[name]Freja[/name]
[name]Calliope[/name]
[name]Hermione[/name]
[name]Phaedra[/name]
[name]Ramona[/name]
[name]Tatiana[/name]
Honestly, I completely adore your style [name]Guinevere[/name], [name]Persephone[/name], [name]Cassandra[/name] and [name]Morgana[/name] are four of my very favourite names.
What about [name]Magdaline[/name]? Good luck
I like the rec’s of
[name]Calliope[/name]
[name]Clementine[/name]
Lysandra
[name]Beatrix[/name]
I would add
[name]Seraphina[/name]
Coriander
[name]Rosalind[/name]/[name]Rosamund[/name]
[name]Deirdre[/name]/[name]Deidre[/name]
[name]Julietta[/name]
[name]Mei[/name]-mei – i know I’m very picky. I have a specific taste in names I liked a lot of the A names but can’t use them and I love Evande but I don’t know how many people would give it the proper Greek pronunciation. I like these from your suggestions:
[name]Dorothea[/name] – very pretty and nn [name]Thea[/name] is a huge plus. Adding to the list
[name]Beatrix[/name] – I already liked this name but wasn’t sure it went well with the others ^^
[name]Eowyn[/name] – Very pretty and LOTR I would spell it Eowen I think. Adding
Lysandra – this is already on my list ^^
[name]Minerva[/name] – I love it but can’t use it. 1) I do Greek Gods not [name]Roman[/name], 2) We decided not to use the names of the Gods and Goddesses we actually worship.
[name]Josceline[/name] – Is this suppose to be [name]Jocelyn[/name]? I love [name]Jocelyn[/name]!
Davisellu – Thanks for the suggestions. I like these:
[name]Demetria[/name] – [name]Adore[/name] this!
[name]Isolde[/name] – [name]Love[/name] this a lot! I say is-old-uh. Is this the way most everyone else says it?
[name]Magdalene[/name]/[name]Magdalena[/name] – already on my list
[name]Sybil[/name]/[name]Sybilla[/name] – I actually had [name]Cybele[/name] on my list, which is from Greek mythology so I love it!
[name]Viveca[/name] – This is already on my list as a middle name
[name]Xanthe[/name] – [name]Love[/name] it and considered it before but forgot about it
Morganalefaye – I’m not for sure yet about [name]Cassandra[/name] going, but I’m not feeling very much love for it. I’m glad to see some love for [name]Morgana[/name] and I’m understood what you were trying to say. I like these:
[name]Freja[/name] – This was already on the list as a middle ^^
[name]Hermione[/name] – I love it, but I would want to pronounce it the Greek way which is more like hair-mee-oh-nee. Thoughts?
[name]Tatiana[/name] – This is on my GP list ^^
Thanks for the suggestions so far ladies! Anything else?
I wouldn’t use [name]Morgana[/name] with [name]Guinevere[/name]. Too Arthurian. [name]Helena[/name] is beautiful and goes wonderfully with your other names, in my opinion. Or how about [name]Rowena[/name]? It reminds me of [name]Helena[/name] but seems more unique. I’m guessing you’ve already considered [name]Cassiopeia[/name]–it could be a nice combination of [name]Cassandra[/name] and [name]Andromeda[/name].
I’ve thought about it, but I’m very concerned about pronunciation for people who don’t know the Greek.
I like [name]Helena[/name] better than [name]Cassandra[/name]. I think it goes just as well with the others - and of course it is kind of hypothetical to even have 4 girls
[name]How[/name] about Chrysanthe? Or a shorter version like Chrysana? I think they are both great especially for someone with a Greek connection.
Danishnames – This is all hypothetical, but still, better to plan than to be caught off guard and I love names! I’m TTC now so who knows I may need it
Bmm – I like Chrysana and Chrysanthe. Those are both pretty and I’ve never considered them before thanks.
Any one else want to chime in? I’m getting loads of feedback I love.
Oh, did you know that any word in Greek with -nth- (eg. anthos (flower)) actually predates Indo-European Greek and belongs to the language spoken in the region pre 2000 [name]BEC[/name]? [name]Just[/name] a fun fact, I think;)
