[name_m]How[/name_m] does [name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] sound? Last name starts with “M” and is 3 syllables.
I like it! [name_m]Peter[/name_m]'s a great classic name. I have always liked it, but could never use it myself because it’s the name of an ex-boyfriend!
I like it too! Does [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] sound okay after it?
Absolutely fabulous! Dashing is the word that comes to mind.
[name_m]Le[/name_m] sigh. I adore everything about [name_m]Peter[/name_m]–he’s so laidback and dashing and curious all at once! [name_m]Peter[/name_m] was one of my first favorite boys’ names, and I still love him to pieces. I’ve never been a huge [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] fan, but I do like its Irish presence next to [name_m]Peter[/name_m], and [name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] sounds nice. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you say cor-[name_m]MACK[/name_m] or cor-[name_m]MICK[/name_m]? I’ve heard both. It might be a little “M” heavy with your surname, but not a dealbreaker, and the combo is so lovely!
I really like it! [name_m]Peter[/name_m] is an awesome classic that doesn’t get used enough, and [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] adds some spice to the combo. A perfect combination in my book, classic and unexpected!
I think it sounds great! [name_m]Peter[/name_m] is such a classic name and amazingly hasn’t been taken by my husband’s male-heavy family, but unfortunately with our surname it would sound like “Peterborough” which is a town close to where I grew up.
[name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] is awesome, two thumbs up!
I think the combo of [name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] sounds fine together. I don’t know how they would sound with an “M” surname (if it’s something like [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] then it wouldn’t be ideal). Since the fn and last name are the names we use most in real life, it’s not a deal-breaker.
Thanks for all the great input! And no “Mc” in our surname
I love this combo! [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] has recently became one of my favorite names and I fall in the same category as you with having a last name that starts with M. Fortunately it doesn’t start with Mc lol.
I love [name_m]Peter[/name_m] (it’s my brother’s name). It’s becoming so underrated that I always smile when I see a post where a [name_u]Berry[/name_u] considers it. I’d never thought to pair it with [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] before, but [name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] sounds really nice. I like it a lot.
I like [name_m]Peter[/name_m], but [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] [name_m]Peter[/name_m] sounds better to me. I suppose it’s the sound of the first and last name together that really matters though.
[name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] is very handsome. They sound great together. I would just hope the last name is [name_m]MacDonald[/name_m] or something similar… I’m not a big fan of ‘-mac [name_m]Mac[/name_m]-’.
Yes. I agree. Handsome and strong, also.
[name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_m]Cormac[/name_m] means [name_m]Rock[/name_m] Charioteer - he’s gonna move mountains!
I like that, kala_way!
