Could you picture a baby, toddler, teen, and an adult named [name]Petra[/name]?
I’m starting to warm up to it but I’m not sure if it’s usable.

I think I could. It’s so unusual, but it has that discreet name-like quality to it. I think it could work. There aren’t any good nicknames, though, which is a turnoff for me. But I vote yes.
I know an adult [name]Petra[/name], great name. Easy but a bit exotic.
Absolutely. It’s a lovely name and totally on my extended list.
Yup. Softer [name]Pet[/name], [name]Peta[/name], or [name]Pia[/name] as a babe. It’s a top contender on my list!
Absolutely! I think [name]Petra[/name] is a gem.
Very much so!
I [name]LOVE[/name] it!! It’s exotic but wearable.
I think the nn Petrie (like in the film [name]Land[/name] Before Time) is crazy adorable also.
[name]Love[/name] it! [name]Petra[/name]'s really beautiful and I think it would age very well. I picture it the most vividly in the teen-mid twenties age range though.
@stephanie413 - Petrie is adorable!
[name]Lovely[/name] name. So short and sweet that it doesn’t really need a nn.
I can picture this on an adult, not much on a child. I think it has a harsh sound that’s putting me off.
Yes, for sure. I myself like longer versions, but [name]Petra[/name] is classy and exotic.
I really love [name]Petra[/name]… So strong and no frills beautiful!! I think [name]Petal[/name] would be a fun nn too when she’s little! I could picture it on a person of any age…
Absolutely. I love [name]Petra[/name]. It’s sweet, pretty, and underused.
I think [name]Petra[/name] is a great name. I would use the nn Pea.
