[name_m]Hi[/name_m]!
When I imagine myself in the future, I envision that I have three children called [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] and [name_m]Paul[/name_m]. I love those names and they all have special meanings to me but they’re too much alike, aren’t they? Two of them begin with an F-sound and two of them begin with a P. If you could exchange one name with another, which would you choose and what would you exchange it with?
I think that [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] & [name_m]Paul[/name_m] are cute together. They’re all great names, & it’s nice that they have special meaning to you. [name_m]Paul[/name_m] & [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] both start w/a ‘P’, but a different sound. [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] & [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] are a little cutesy for siblings, but I don’t think that they’re so close that you should ditch one if they’re the names that you truly love.
I don’t they they are too similar at all and they work well together. If I had to change it I would replace [name_m]Paul[/name_m] with [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
I think they sound fine as a sibset, tho I prefer to have a full name option. I don’t think an adult would want to have to go by [name_u]Freddie[/name_u].
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] and [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] are too close for my taste, but I have no problem with the two P names since they don’t even make the same sound. My problem with [name_m]Paul[/name_m] is that I don’t think it has the same style as [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] and [name_u]Freddie[/name_u], but that’s just my opinion. I would suggest:
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_m]Paul[/name_m] and [name_m]Eddie[/name_m]
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_m]Paul[/name_m] and [name_u]Alfie[/name_u]
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_m]Paul[/name_m] and [name_m]Archie[/name_m]
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] and [name_m]Simon[/name_m]
I think [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] and [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] are too close, they sound really similar. [name_m]Paul[/name_m] is fine (though I agree with the posters saying it doesn’t really match [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] and [name_u]Freddie[/name_u], but that’s not what you asked).
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] and [name_m]Paul[/name_m] would be better, though if he went by [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] the problem of getting his and his sister’s names mixed up would still exist.
