[name]Do[/name] you think [name]Finn[/name]/Phen could work as a nickname for [name]Phoenix[/name], or is it too much of a stretch?
My husband and I love the name [name]Phoenix[/name], but I am afraid it would lead the the nickname “[name]Nick[/name]” (My family and friend groups are already over saturated with Nicks and I want something fresher and less “taken”).

I think it could work…I think you can choose anything to be a nickname and use it! I don’t, however, pronounce [name]Finn[/name] and Phen the same
