Elio really stands out to me. [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] is really nice too. Someone mentioned that [name_u]Rocco[/name_u] is the name of someone in the adult film industry that had a documentary made about them and I can’t help but think about that now that I know about it. [name_m]Francesco[/name_m] is very handsome but my personal preference goes to shorter names.

They’re all very handsome. I think my favorite is [name_m]Enzo[/name_m], then [name_m]Elio[/name_m], [name_u]Rocco[/name_u], and [name_m]Francesco[/name_m].

Elio is my favourite. It’s one of our top choices for the baby I’m pregnant with actually. I just love its soft, international sound and its literary/film vibe (Call Me By Your Name).
The other names are cool too, especially [name_m]Enzo[/name_m].
All of these are great
Francesco is probably my favourite. I absolutely love long names with spunky cool [name_u]Nick[/name_u] names. [name_m]Francesco[/name_m] is sooooo much fun and I feel like [name_u]Rocco[/name_u] and [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] could be possible nicknames (although maybe a stretch for some)
My second favourite is [name_u]Rocco[/name_u]. I slightly prefer [name_u]Roscoe[/name_u] but I love how this name rolls off the tongue. It sounds so dreamy and exotic.
Elio and [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] are tied for me ! I think I prefer them as nicknames but I think they are both rugged and strong

Enzo is my favourite, i really love the z sound and i love the nickname Eni/ [name_f]Eny[/name_f]. I also think it’s a great name for a baby, teenager and an adult. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] this has helped x
