I chose [name]Jane[/name]. It is so sweet. It was either [name]Jane[/name] or [name]Clara[/name]. You can’t go wrong with any of your names though! Good luck! 
I like all of your names with the exception of [name]Brooke[/name] (which I find too harsh) and [name]Hallie[/name] (which is a bit too cutesy). I voted for [name]Jane[/name] for many reasons: it has a sweet simplicity, ladylike strength, gentle elegance and literary connection. It’s a strong, solid name that still retains a certain femininity. Sometimes, less is more!
I love [name]Phoebe[/name], it’s just the sound of the name is so beautiful. I was torn between [name]Phoebe[/name] and [name]Holly[/name], both names are on my list but I prefer to spell [name]Holly[/name] like [name]Hollie[/name].
[name]Jane[/name] is my favorite from your list followed by [name]Phoebe[/name]. [name]Jane[/name] is a family name for me and I think it’s anything but plain-- classy and sassy all in one! [name]Phoebe[/name] also has that sassy vibe too.
[name]Phoebe[/name], followed very closely by [name]Holly[/name] and [name]Jane[/name].
I love both [name]Hallie[/name] and [name]Phoebe[/name]. They are both spunky and fresh sounding!

I love [name]Clara[/name]! It’s just so stunning. Definitely my favorite from your list, but if [name]Lily[/name] would have been [name]Lillian[/name] or [name]Liliana[/name], that would have gotten my vote instead. I adore [name]Lily[/name], but it’s a bit too cutesy for me. I really love [name]Jane[/name] and [name]Phoebe[/name], as well!

I love [name]Brooke[/name]. I think it’s simple, strong, and just really nice. It’s one of my favorites. My mom considered it for me.

[name]Hallie[/name] - meh, kinda 90’s in my mind. Too many variations: [name]Haley[/name], [name]Halley[/name], [name]Hally[/name], [name]Halie[/name], [name]Haylie[/name], [name]Hayley[/name], blah blah blah
[name]Holly[/name] - I do like this a lot, though sometimes it feels too nicknamey
[name]Jane[/name] - beautiful and simple, great classic
[name]Lily[/name] - pretty, little overused I think
[name]Paige[/name] - it’s okay, I like it as a middle name, seems a bit bland as a first
[name]Phoebe[/name] - pretty, I tend to like [name]Daphne[/name] and other similar names a bit more though.
I guess [name]Jane[/name] would be my favorite, though [name]Clara[/name] and [name]Holly[/name] are right up there.
