Our next child was also a girl. [name]Shiloh[/name] [name]Matilda[/name] [name]Hogan[/name] “[name]Shia[/name]” is fourteen. She has her daddy’s brown hair but my blue eyes. [name]Shia[/name] gets along very well with her older sister and [name]Mose[/name], but now that they are busy with the baby she helps out her younger siblings a lot, tutoring them and helping me and her dad out.

As such, I found someone I thought would understand; my loving wife [name]Melanie[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name] Nichols. She is 45, and a policewoman. We met when we were 19, and ‘married’ two years later. Over the years, we have adopted three children and had a further two via a donor; one each.
Our first child was mine, and called [name]Jeremiah[/name] [name]Cain[/name] Nichols. He’s now 21, and is planning a wedding to his high-school sweetheart [name]Natalie[/name] [name]Pearl[/name]. They have twins, who I’ll come back to later. [name]Nat[/name] had the babies when she was just 17, and it’s now nearly their 4th birthday! [name]Jem[/name]'s got my brown hair, and his father’s brown eyes. The twin’s have inherited my hair, unfortunately. Our second child was adopted. We adopted him through an agency, from a young teenage mother who died of complications. In her honour, we named him [name]Thaddeus[/name] [name]Michele[/name]. His bright green eyes followed us everywhere as a baby, and now he’s 16 and out of his ‘curious’ stage. He’s currently in a band, and plans to study music tech at college.
Our third child we adopted from [name]China[/name]. Her name is [name]Lian[/name] [name]Georgina[/name], and at 14, she’s our first girl. We adopted her when she was 18 months old. She has black hair, and has always loved sports; specifically, ballroom dancing and football (soccer). Her friends are always coming round, and she is a very confident young girl.
Our fourth child was [name]Melanie[/name]'s. It was another girl, and as it was her DNA, she chose the name. Our second daughter is called [name]Imogen[/name] [name]Zina[/name], and she’s 10. It was touch and go whether or not she’d survive, she was a month premature and was very sick. Thankfully, she pulled through, and now [name]Gen[/name] is very enthusiastic about, well, everything! The best part, though, is that she inherited her mum’s gorgeous silvery eyes.
Our last child was a final boy, and we’re definitely stopping now. Our family feels complete with the addition of [name]Malcolm[/name] [name]Pomeroy[/name], and I couldn’t imagine our family without him. At only 6, he’s only a couple of years older than his ‘niece’ and ‘nephew’, and so he doesn’t feel isolated given the closest to his age are girls. However, [name]Gen[/name] is definitely close to him, and they seem to gang up on the rest of the family with their pranks! [name]Mack[/name]'s baby blues make his entire face seem more boyish, which just heightens his mischievousness, I think!
