I have always loved [name_f]Calla[/name_f] because of it’s association with lily’s. It’s unique without being to over the top. [name_u]Piper[/name_u] is a pretty name, but I like the idea of using the less popular of the two.
I think the poll shows that both names are pretty. My preference is for slightly for [name_f]Calla[/name_f] and I like [name_f]Calla[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] very much.
The only issue I see is whether [name_m]Cole[/name_m] and [name_f]Calla[/name_f] are okay with you as siblings. This is the reason I would swing to [name_u]Piper[/name_u]. Its a question I have no answer for really, I would be torn the same as you are. Good luck with your choice.
I feel torn, as well! [name_u]Piper[/name_u] is one of the few unisex/not princessy names that I’m attached to (sentimental reasons). [name_f]Calla[/name_f] is a recent acquisition that has grown on me and I think it’s so pretty.
I feel that since one daughter has a unisex name, the other should as well. I know that technically the E at the end of [name_f]Quinne[/name_f] makes it a girl name in the eyes of Nameberry, but it’s still unisex.
Plus, [name_f]Calla[/name_f] and [name_m]Cole[/name_m] are really just a couple letters off each other and sound a bit similar to me.
I would choose [name_u]Piper[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] =]
